The rooms need refurbishment. And the balconies was cover with pigeon mess We reported to reception but nothing been done about it.
The view from the room was lovely and the bed was huge also location is in the heart of Alicante.

Nice hotel in city centre. Nice room with balcony on Marina side. Hotel is big. Breakfast restaurant offers good variety of food with stunning view on the see and beach. Rooms are sparkling clean.

Excellent room, very modern, breakfast buffet choice and service very good. Location excellent. A small comment is that in such an upmarket hotel, they could have provided tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Huge hotel. Great location right at the beach. Rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Prices were reasonable. Overall a nice experience.

Amazing all around. Good staff. Good food. Right on the beach. Good location. USB ports and AC in the rooms. The blackout curtains really do black out the light from outside. However they also have sheers underneath in case you want some light but also a little privacy. Pool overlooks the beach.

I expected more from this 4-star hotel. It's all a bit sloppy, endlessly long corridors, the waiters do not speak English, maids forget to leave the kettle, the second shampoo, the third time, body milk, the fourth time milk for coffee. Two people get the same room, an embarrassing situation for both, and not once a day but twice.

Very nice. When googling family friendly hotel Alicante, Melia ranks high. But in march there are no activities for children, and hotel do not have a playground. The hotel is worth a return.

Excellent location. Pleasant staff. Breakfast good and drink prices reasonable for this calendar year on hotel. Nice pool area.

Very big hotel. Long was to go. Design is old fashion. Management started renovating the second floor. Food view to the harbour and the city. Direct excess to the beach. Sixt rental station in the lobby. 30 minutes distance to the airport.
