Good base to explore the city. Nice lobby with comfy couches to watch the world hurry by. Well appointed rooms kept clean. No UK television stations disappointing. Rooms just a bit too warm for northern Europeans and Aircon noisy for sleep. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Nice hotel but if you get a room on the streetside, it can be very loud at night. They serve a nice breakfast buffet. I stayed here twice and as long as you book you room which does not have windows to the streetside, this is a very nice place to stay, located in the middle of Alicante.

Excellent hotel providing clean and comfortable room at a good location. Desk staff all spoke excellent English and were very accommodating.

Decent hotel, nice rooms and reasonable price. There was no bar while we were there but plenty around being in the centre of Alicante. Would go back again.

The hotel is a beautiful building in a good location. The amenities available in room are slightly disappointing, and the WiFi is very slow at peak times. Also the staff need to be trained in English to cater to tourists

Nice location. Close to many restaurants and sights (almost at the base of the hill to the Castle). Must use public parking but there is underground public parking right under the hotel.

The hotel's location is really good, close to the Castillo de Santa Barbara, the market (beautiful historic structure visible from the hotel), the beautiful seafront promenade. In a few minutes guests will reach the most beautiful points of the city. If we evaluate the whole hotel I can say good value for money, quite spacious room and the breakfast I would say quite good, with sweet, salty, yogurt and fruit in abundance.

Very good location. Modern and well equipped hotel even though it's a bit small for 4 star standard. Friendly and helpful staffs.
