This hotel cannot be faulted. Location, views, staff and amenities are all great.

Horrible hotel and service. State that they have parking, but it's 500 m walking distance 😡 Husband forgot his wallet in the car - as result I'm not let into the room, sitting in the shabby lobby in the middle of the night, waiting. Small detail: 8 months pregnant. No exceptions. So much for personal approach. 😡😡😡
P.S. Maybe the owner of this hotel should try staying in a wonderful room near the elevator one day. Just to see how it is to feel that you're sleeping in the corridor, surrounded by all kinds of noise. Blanket doesn't come in a case, just a sheet to it, like in a train or I don't know where else it's still practiced. Bathroom sink can barely be reached, because right beneath it is a toilet! Very nice view from room (2505) top of the hotel towards the port. Room war nice too. Bathroom very small. For two people impossible to put the washing things next to the sink as there is no place for that. Toilet is standing at wrong position. Better to eleminate the bathtub and only put there the shower. Was quite dusty under the bed. Where we really were pissed was the check in. Why a check in needs 30 min?? We arrived at 20.00 and he gave us the keys at 20.30. During that time he copied our 3 passports, put in all informations i think 10 times. Better you made a copy of our passports, give us immedeatly our keys and do your work with our data later for yourself. If there would be other people , the waiting line would have been until Benidorm (( Breakfast was nice and the breakfast room too. The bar / restaurant on the top floor has a lot of potential to be better. Why we can not sit at one of the empty tables at 23.30 to look direction to the castle. All was empty but bartender said we should sit in that small bar area.

Excellent central location, nice friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, however in a small room. To be recommended is the restaurant on the 26th floor.

Love the area hotel is located. We enjoyed their breakfast. I had about 6 cappuccinos from their machine. Very fresh fruits and pastries. Waiters were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and spacious for a family of four.
The amenities in the bathroom were welcomed.
Overall, it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed it.response / report this review -

The firsts floors are too noisy as the the city basically never sleeps. The upper levels let you rest more comfortable. I stayed the first night in the 4th which was a no go then on the 10th you can still hear the noise but you can sleep. The beds are to hard. The breakfast was great and the staff very helpful
