The floor in the room was very dirty, cheep plastic cups etc. For a 4 star hotel is a big disappointment. The girl on the reception though was very nice and helpful.

Rooms are poorly soundproofed. Was kept awake by someone snoring in an adjoining room. Also rooms lacked based amenities, e.g. no shampoo or conditioner. Otherwise fine for 1 night stay near the airport.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was courteous. The room I stayed in was small but the bed was clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice! It had a huge quartz bathtub with adjustable sprayer that was great for relaxing after a day of travel. Kudos to this Hotel!

Stayed overnight, chose because it was close to airport. Glad I made the choice. Very friendly staff, rooms may be a little dated but the a/c and large bathroom make up for that. The room was clean and includes complimentary water and juice in the room. The dining options down stairs were great and delicious. From the tapas to the breakfast buffet. Yes, I would highly recommend others to stay here.

Clean hotel near Madrid airport. Spacious room but not a 4 star standard as advertised. Hotel has underground parking, not suitable for larger cars. Overall was good value for money

Nice clean rooms. One bar of soap, one gel dispenser does it all in shower, no hair shampoo or conditioner, no Kleenex but bed is good. Quiet rooms facing side street. Good restaurants nearby. Good free WiFi, free airport shuttle.

Very nice place to stay near Madrid. Free breakfast with coffee when you leave. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Very nice, stylish apartments with bathtub.

Stayed there for one night before my flight out of Madrid. Shuttle service to airport was good. Room was fine. There was a festival going on in the back and since I wanted a quiet room they gave me one facing the street -- which was quite quiet. All in all, a good choice for airport closeness.
