Booked this because of advertised good views but could only see back of Apartments & a Multi-storey Carpark from Balcony. Reception said 1 bedroom rentals only up to 3rd floor, 4th family rooms & above Residential. Also the two single beds a different height but shoved together ! Only 3 Stars because good free WiWi, Air Conditioning & location.

The best location 10 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to bus for airport. Old hotel but good rooms, efficient cleaning service.

Decent price. Good air conditioner. Cleaning of room is good. Breakfast not included costs 8€ no fridge or toilette brush. Would look for another option next time. Very central location. Maybe 20 min walk to the beach. Close to mainstreets.

The location is okay, but the staff are not friendly at all. In fact, it's probably the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.

I arrived at 10:30pm with a Spanish friend who kindly drove me from the airport to this "hotel" and I tried to talk to member of staff in my best broken Spanish and eventually in English.

After our polite exchange of words I walked 5 meters away to sit on one of the sofas in reception, that's when (to my horror) my friend told that the two members of staff were talking about me in Spanish And not in a very nice way. Furthermore, whenever I walked through reception they wouldn't smile, ever They did the opposite, they had a face like they didn't want to be at work. Is it too difficult for the staff here to manage a smile?

At the end of my stay I decided to politely mention it to another member of staff who was on reception that day. And (again to my horror) I was told to just "forget about it" and the staff are sometimes tired because they "work SO hard" Well we all have to work in life and some people would love to work behind a desk in a hotel. He didn't even take a note of my complaint, so that's why I'm giving a 1 star review. The staff don't care about anything or anyone but themselves.

I didn't even get an apology. But I hope management reads this, because I have some genuine advice for you :

1- Teach your staff to respect each and every person that walks through the door, we all have bad days at work but don't take it out on your customers.

2- when a person politely makes a complaint, start with an apology and take note of their complaint. A complaint should not be considered an insult but a piece of constructive criticism you can learn from.

3- Ask your staff to smile when they look at a guest, it goes a long way.

4- Teach the two senior female members of staff that talked about me some basic social skills. You don't talk about guests in front of them in another language. It's disgusting.

CONCLUSION : I will never return to this hotel because I felt uneasy every time I walked through reception.

*note* I probably didn't meet all members of your staff, some of them might be nice people and good at their job, but the ones that I was unfortunate to come into contact with were not nice towards me.

Brilliant location, very central. Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Only downside was very noisy with doors slamming and loud footsteps, furniture scrapping from above apartment
