Good hotel, with wide variety of products for breakfast (everyone will find something, even people who can't eat product containing gluten). Room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service at the reception and waiters were very nice and helpful. The only minus is the location - it is not that far from the main town (about 25 minutes on foot), but the surroundings are not encouraging. On the other hand, hotel is well communicated with the aiport - 15-20 by car and there is also a direct bus line.

Absolutely fantastic place.
We were upgraded for a small fee upon arrival to a superior room. The room itself was super clean, modern and I was shocked the hotel itself is actually 15 years old (I thought it was new. We had a balcony over looking a busy round about, however the windows blocked all of the noise and curtains kept the room dark.
The hotel itself has a jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop swimming pool and gym. All were fantastic and we used daily. I would recommend however that the gym adds a few more pieces of equipment such as heavier dumb bells, kettle bells etc. But all in all, very usable, well maintained and clean.
Breakfast was great, meats, cheeses, fruits, breads and yoghurts and for 5 euro more you can have a feast delivered to your room in the morning! (See picture)
The staff were friendly and professional, despite the language barrier, they assisted and provided to the best degree. Particularly Ricardo, who works on reception, who was really helpful and we had a great conversation about our travels and experiences.
My only gripe is the location, it's a twenty minute walk to the town centre, but the area is nice, a few restaurants nearby (the Chinese opposite is great), with a super market also across the road too.
I've stayed in many places in Europe and by far this hotel exceeded expectations beyond all others!
All in all a great place, exemplary staff and amenities!

It's in a fairly industrial area on the edge of town. The staff are very friendly and attentive but the restaurant and room service etc. have limited hours of service. The pool and gym are nice, even if a bit small.

The room is clean and modern. Breakfast was very good. The buffet is nicely spread out and the staff is very helpful too, showing my friends how to operate the coffee machine. Thumbs up.

A very good hotel. Rooms were clean, quiet, and spacious. It's place however is a bit far from the action, as you will have to take some sort of transport to get to the center of the city. Breakfast had a good variety.

Clean rooms, good food, friendly staff. Hot water delivered up to our room so we could make porridge for our infant. We would stay there again.
