Don't book half board!! Lovely dual aspect room but stay ruined by just two choices on half board menu. One was vegetarian and one chicken. As we dont eat chicken we asked if we could go a la carte and pay the difference but were refused. We then asked if we could change to room only but this was also refused. Reluctantly we had the vegetarian which was a bowl of noodles with pre made sauce and in my case a slice of red pepper a slice of green pepper and half a cabbage leaf. The starter was prawn salad. The prawns were warm and flaccid and we did not dare eat them. Such a shame as the room and the position was great

No mini fridge or even glasses in the room. No food allowed. Otherwise, a nice place.

Nice hotel situated on the seafront, beautiful views if you book a sea view room. Avoid restaurant as service atrocious

Bad experience here and way too expensive for the services offered an waiter yelling at me because chose a dinner table at breakfast that had no sign and the he took my fork from my hand. I asked for a bottle opener and they wanted to charge me 7 euros for it I went and bought myself one. The rooms were really basic and the furniture was very old. I had some mold in the bathroom The only good thing was that it was really close to the beach.

Horrible - DO NOT BOTHER with family room. On arrival we were told that none of the family rooms have ocean views, they overlook the pool. The pool was not only closed but was being dug up very noisily with jack-hammers. The balcony on our room was also locked and we were not allowed to use it for "safety reasons". The "high speed wifi" only worked one of the nights we were there, so no checking emails, uploading holiday photos, or watching movies while the kids were asleep. If you complain after 5pm, the WILL NOT help, or even come up to the floor to reset the wifi. They tell you to talk to the manager between 9am and 5pm when most people are out enjoying Spain instead of hanging around the crappy no-pool no-wifi hotel. Completely unsatisfying experience all around.
