A good hotel for the price. Just a few minutes taxi ride to all the sights. Room was clean and the staff was nice.
Very clean and tidy staff really helpful
Got up graded on arrival. Our friends were in same hotel for a week's holiday and we joined them for one night stay as we live in Spain now . First time to Alicante area. The town was buzzing and plenty of restaurants. Buses and taxis from hotel were great. Breakfast was wonderful in hotel . The junior suite was brilliant and the aircon was wonderful. Brilliant night sleep and would go back again as transport from the hotel is only €1.45 to town . So their no need to drive 😎😍
Very nice and heldur staff, nice surroundings, exellent breakfast. Worth the price.
Most staff friendly hotel clean but far from town when walking unless you have a car it's too far when walking in high temperatures Can be difficult. Pool is good and clean. Booked a triple room was very small for triple room just about got around room without having to walk over the extra bed no entertainment at night some music at night would be nice found evening borning again have to find taxi to go for music and a few drink. Food OK but expensive and lack choice . Owner / manager bad manners won't make effort to look after guest . Bar close s early no refreshments if u arrive late to hotel after traveling. Can not reccomend this hotel
Nice and comfy
Very lovely hotel, friendly staff and you get free access to the hotel's gym and swimming pool facilities. Breakfast is very decent, at €8 per head for a buffet. It is a fair distance from the beaches and inner town but offers enough to allow you to stay there also with free WiFi, massage facilities, sauna, jacuzzi and meals throughout the day (at extra cost). Would definitely consider this place again!
The manager of this place is rude, ignorant and has no right to be in customer service. Would avoid this place at all costs. Dosen't even deserve one star. If I could give it a minus value i would!
4 day stay.
LOCATION:-
Location is ok. Bus routes directly into Alicante (only 1.45 euros and the bus stop is outside the hotel) and walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. You can catch the last bus at 10:30 from Alicante. When in Alicante you can jump on the tram for 6.40 euros to Benidorm (that's a return) for a day out.
HOTEL:-
The hotel itself is clean, modern. The area is very quiet even though it is alongside a main road. TV in the room only has 1 English Channel which is poor. The pool is adequate when the hotel is not busy however it is very very cold and needs a clean. Jacuzzi was out of order the entire stay which was annoying. Not really much to do in the evenings apart from having a few drinks at the bar. There is a small gym and health suite for massages and facials.
FOOD:- The breakfast menu is good and is your traditional continental breakfast. Ate here on 2 of the evenings. 14.50 euros will get you a nice 3 course meal. However we had a bad experience with the chicken kebabs. Instantly rectified and offered a different meal and given the drinks we had on the house.
STAFF:- The highlight of this stay was the barman. He was soo genuine and one of few who spoke English. He was helpful with travel and restaurant arrangements. He was literally the only waiter In a very busy hotel restaurant, your barman and tourist guide. Honestly without this guy being so genuine, the place would be serverly lacking in customer service. Only one of the front counter people spoke any English. The cleaning people are polite and will help you with a request( extra towels etc)
OVERALL:- If you ware wanting a clean quiet and very affordable hotel, this is for you. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are after a drunken filled all inclusive. Overall very satifisfied with the experience made extra special by the very kind barman. Without him I would only rate this hotel 3 stars. I would recommend learning basic Spanish.
The place is quiet, good placement, stuff is not so welcoming.
