  Nice clean and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable though a slightly unusual layout that does not detract from the overall experience. Why only 4 stars, the whole hotel had no warm or hot water in the taps for showers or washing in the morning and the staff underplayed the duration. The burger and tune in the restaurant are very very good.

  Quiet area and very secure. Near the train so convenient access to the city without a car.

  Pros
  - The price is just ok not high, if you are here for business (dah!) ask for the company rates.
  - The room is just super convenient, it is big and looks nice.
  - The bed is 2 x singles brought together, but I noticed on the third day! Yup comfortable.
  - The staff are very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English.
  - The hotel managment are flexible on cancelation or adding more days (unless) they are fully booked.
  - Check out Reebok sports club !!
  
  Cons
  - There is nothing here much to do after working hours.
  - Restaurants on the business complex close as soon as you go out from work at 6 pm!
  - The nearest market is La Plaza de día, which is on a center called Centro comercial Zoco de Pozuelo de Alarcón. 10 minutes walk max.
  
  RECOMMENDED if your are staying for a busy week or less than a week.

  Nice AC hotel in a corporate district outside of downtown Madrid. Converted from a smoking hotel to a nonsmoking hotel so some of the hallways and rooms still retain the smoky smell. A nice hotel but not close to any tourist spot.

  We just started in the the lobby bar for contacting for coffee before a business meeting. The hotel has an upmarket, clean modern feel. Staff are friendly and courteous.
  I have stayed here before as an overnight guest (about 2 years ago) and had no issues - the room was very good.
