Great food, great dining area, but the living space needs serious updating.

No idea how this place still has 4 stars. Everything in the rooms is old, chipped, dirty or broken. Toilet had big rust spots, Fridge was gross (and empty, don't think it is like a mini fridge).
Parking is impossible for anything bigger than a FIAT 500 and i almost froze to death at night.
I booked for 2 nights, but i am only staying one.
Do not recommend
Hotel Osuna, spend some money sorting yourselves out or keep losing reviews.

Such a bad experience my staying in this hotel. I booked because I really thought that a four star hotel could not be bad, but even a hostal could be better. Dirty all over the hotel but especially in the room. I found insects in that empty fridge and the towels were dirty too. During night I couldn't sleep because the room smelled very bad due to the moisture and mold that was all over the hotel. I also paid 85€ per night and they didn't turn back any money even that I left the hotel after the first night. They also offered a free transport service from hotel to airport but when I went asking to go to the airport they told me I should wait 10 mins because the driver was in another service. They made me wait like 40 minutes and I ended up taking a taxi to go to the airport. I HONESTLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NO ONE!!!

Food is bad, we offered chicken with a salad, its was looking very cheap and taste was without salt and chicken was dry.
Also numbers are in bad condition. In the first room what we took ground was dirty and it looks like somebody smoked because of black burning places.
Second room what we changed. It was more expensive but door to toilet was broken and not closing the door and little spot is for look whats happening in toilet.
It is not 4-star hotel. I am giving 3-star.response / report this review -

Super nice waitresses. My first spot after I moved to Madrid. good food and super friendly staff(in the mornings at least!).

Quiet and peaceful, Metro is less than 500 meters, bus stop is opp to hotel gate. Clean and beautiful.

I have only to point out that, every morning, the cleaning ladies invaded the room, had or not the warning not to bother. The rest was all standard but nothing special.

Staff were incredibly rude. Arrived at the airport and waited 2 hours for bus to collect after a local spoke with them. Lady at front desk was rude and spoke about us to the next people in line whilst we were there. Place is middle of no where, 30 mins to get to center. Breakfast is decent, only redeeming quality. Would never recommend. Staff can't speak English regardless of advertising that they can. Bad manners of staff continued when dropping off at airport but was glad to leave. Ruined our holiday.

This hotel offers no assistance to the disabled visitor. The majority of rooms are accessed from the road and are of a very basic standard despite its proclaimed 4 star rating. On my visit the smell of effluent was over powering all down the access road and all the paving slabs were loose. The level of service in the restaurant was slow and of poor quality so was over priced because of this. I would not recommend this hotel as it does not live up to its professed advertising.

We were in the hotel three weeks ago.
The place is quiet and calm. Near metro.
The service of the hotel was very good. Rooms a little bit old-fashioned but very clean.
Personal very pleasant . The breakfast very good.
