My second time in this Hotel. Staying here makes the great Madrid experience even better. Love this Hotel. Great Location, competent and very friendly staff, beautiful and luxurious interior design, beautiful new and clean rooms, legendary hotel bar, it doesn't get much better.

I was there attending a professional event. The attention of the staff was great and the meal we had was elegant and tasty. It's a must see in Madrid, I also recommend the Sunday brunch which is an amazing experience

Classic and exquisite hotel in an unbeatable location. This is your place if you are over your 50’s and not very fun of modernity up to date hotels. The staff is very professional and helpful. Great breakfast buffet !!.
Missing the club lounge, really need for a business travellers & platinum SPG members.

We've had a great few nights staying at this hotel. We stayed in room 329, which had a great view and lots of space even with a rollaway bed. The breakfast was great and had lots of options including eggs to order. It is a little expensive, but of very good quality. The staff was great as well and really made us feel welcome. We also had a three course dinner at the hotel, which was superb. The menu was varied and everyone in our party found something they enjoyed.

Here on our honeymoon. Concierge has been super helpful. Located just one the edge of old Town quick to walk or a 5€ cab ride so most places. Has been great. Would recommend.

I had a great experience at the westin palace, our bedroom was ample with a living room, the hotel provided a small bed for him, it is an old estructure but it is well kept, it is renovated to an elegant contemporary european style, I loved the restaurant dome, very elegant and tasty the staff was very corteous. You can't ask for a better location, close to everything.

Right in the heart of Madrid. Close to cultural sites and plenty of restaurants close by. Reasonable rates and well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Only had breakfast with a friend that was staying but it was ~35 euro for a buffet! Preposterously overpriced. Rooms are also much more expensive than they need to be. I comparison shopped between here and Hotel Urban (3 min up the street) and rooms were half the price at Urban and significantly nicer.

I had dinner in the green tea sushi restaurant and it was a very nice, food was high quality, friendly service and price was OK because I used an online 40% discount , otherwise it would have been too expensive. The place is very cozy and decorated with good taste. I'd like to be back again one day but only if the discount is still applicable. The hotel quality itself is needless to explain - absolutely top class.
