Just went to the hotel for paddle tennis classes. Everything ok, nice courts, good illumination (played at night). Easy parking for cars.

The hotel is set in a quiet location and surrounded by beautiful countryside,yet close to the local amenities. The hotel is so quiet that you feel you are the only resident. The staff are polite and helpful and breakfast food is varied and of high quality. The rooms are spacious and clean, the WiFi signal is however poor.

I am sorry to say but in a few years this hotel has gotten really degraded. The room is now dated and all the wood finishes seem to have been scruffed and there are missing bits exposing nails which is dangerous. The mattress is as old and used and lifeless as a slab of stone. It killed my back. The shower drips between hot and cold. The breakfast room had ants going about the sticky floor next to the counter where the food was.
The garage and the nice young man at the reception saved it.

Great stay at eurostars i-hotel, has everything i need for my business trip. The personal was really kind, allways willing to help. Location was a bit off between pozuelo and madrid but as long as you had something to attend in business park "la finca", It will cover all your needs.
