Bad atention from Irantxa at The front desk and very bad manners. Horrible attitude. I went there to take a Polestar Pilates Examination (im from Barcelona), at The Slings Pilates Center in Pozuelo wich is 3 days long (Mat 5-6-7, 2017) . Then i found out (at my second night) there was a 40% discount if i was a "Polestar" student (wich i am and it was the reasson wich made me travel to Pozuelo). No only she refussed to charge wich is only fair: she couldnt comunicate us with NO ONE who could help us. I believe this is outraging. I hope i NEVER have to go there again. There is NO way i would ever recomend this hotel to anyone. It has too many stars.
