I stayed a week at the hotel. It was nice, I had a cosy and quiet room with a comfy mattress,
The room was clean. I appreciated the nice food at the buffet restaurant. security at entrance makes you feel safe. I would totally recommend this hotel

Horrible place, especially when u are on a long transit for a connecting flight and are being placed there on the airline's expenses. Rooms are filthy, food is old and being reheated. Lucky for me I am Caucasian and didn't have it as bad as my fellow Nigerians travelers who were being faced with the highest level of disrespect and racism up to the point of having the staff pushing away a little girl who was trying to get some food from the buffet.
Also got myself grabbed at an intimate place by another staff member. Thumbs down to this establishment! Same type of scenario for the return trip in another Egyptian "5 star" hotel.

Stayed here for one night, on an Egypt Air long layover. I don't really expect the best in such circumstances, so the hotel passed the mark, having significantly, most of the facilities and services of a standard hotel of its rank. But, I believe its an older hotel, compared to the alternative the airline offered me on my departure trip. Nevertheless, I give it 3 stars.

Too near to airport. small rooms. Have two buildings one too old not good at all seems like 1980 other building is new looking great indoor and outdoor.. Two good Swimming pool. nice GYM. Food is very good and many variety. Service not bad

Courteous efficient staff. Wide variety of foods, though the flavors take some getting used to. Rooms were clean very comfortable and large enough, considering the price. T.V could use some work though; most stations are in Arabic but, who wants to sit around watching TV when you're in Egypt?!
Would have rated 5 but I saw a bit of grime on the bath wall. Had to look for it, but I
I found it!

Excellent for the price rooms are clean and modern with basic facilities. Lobby is slightly dated and not a lot to do. But there are restaurants and a bar with friendly service at a good price. There is a shuttle to and from the airport. Pool area is very well maintained and clean. There is also a small spa. The breakfast is fresh and tasty with your regular continental and Egyptian breakfast however the tea and coffee is not the best. Staff are always friendly and helpful. All in all good for the price.

Really convenient for Cairo Airport but not great for a trip into town. Big hotel complex. A very noisy wedding party were having the time of their lives by the looks of it. We couldn't hear them from our room high up in a block far away from the lobby. Comfy and we'll equipped.
