Great hotel and the reception and Mondial breakfast staff in the suites building were amazing.
A few small things were rectified as soon as they were bought to hotel attention (like no laundry bag or laundry list and flat battery in the bathroom scales).
One of the few hotels in Cairo where you CANT smell smokers in other rooms. love that !!!
Room service was great quality and massive serves (but did take an hour to come). Worth the wait lol.
Access to the City Stars mall (open til midnight) is excellent.

A very nice hotel which includes a nice Coffeeshop, restaurant & fitness center located around the pool as well as many other facilities. On the other side, it's located at a very crowded area in one of the most famous business area in Cairo

One of the best hotels in Cairo, especially for businessmen.
This hotel is located within a huge complex that includes another 2 hotels+ mega shopping mall.
The Hotels offers variety of room types and apartments.
This hotel is a kind of down town hotels so there isn't nice view around except the poolside.
Variety of food options "local & international" and the easy access to the shopping mall gives an edge.
I'd salute the staff members for the excellent service spirit that makes regular since 2010.
