The Four Seasons Nile Plaza remains the gold standard of Cairo and Africa. It’s no surprise it has nearly 11,500 review and an avg of 4.7 stars. It’s the most I’ve seen of any hotel property in the world. Seriously, enter any hotel and Google and check the number of reviews. This should be the standard of all 5 star hotels globally.

One of Cairo's most fancy hotels but I didn't like the lobby as it was very formal as it was just for businessmen . You can be fancy but simple at the same way.

For one of the best hotels in the world and Egypt, it was nothing impressive but it was good enough. Many celebrities are there but so what.
But if you can trust that it won't let you down in front of VIP but don't expect to wow them.

Great view from every floor. Two restaurants one stake house and a buffet. Near downtown, museum and Tahrir square, shopping, Niles river at night!! By the way I felt much safer there than I did in San Francisco!

My favorite Cairo hotel. Great location, excellent service, lot's of amenities. On top it has some of the best Cairo restaurants and a real gym with almost everything you need. Fantastic breakfast and good sleep quality. Always a delight to return.
(Something to improve: There is dust in the electrical sockets, not a real cleanliness impression).

A great hotel, that occasionally misses some of the standards you'd expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Staff were faultless, every single one going above and beyond to help and make the stay special. We received particularly memorable service during our stay from the guest experience team, the waitstaff in 8 restaurant, and the doormen. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with our room over the stay. One of the lavatories was broken when we arrived and the safe didn't work, the walls were also a little grubby in places. We also had some housekeeping issues - one day the room wasn't serviced at all (we were out from 7am - 4pm, came back to find it in the same state as we left), there were no fresh towels left one day, we had to ask every day to have the sofa bed made up for our children, etc. Each time it took a simple phone call to fix, and the staff were quick, courteous and apologetic, but these felt like such basic mistakes they just kept tripping over. So overall, we had a very nice stay, with some truly memorable moments, but I'd be tempted to look at the other Four Seasons hotel or the new Ritz Carlton next time.

It`s Nice hotel, Room is great, Outlets fine food and beverages are nice, I enjoyed at Graffiti Bar & Lounge , I notice some little bad behaviors from some employees my american friend noticed that clearly maybe because there a lot of guests at the hotel, Bar is Ok, but for seasons Alex`s bar smaller but has better bartenders. of course it is expensive comparing to other hotels but it deserve to try it..

Stayed for a couple nights on a quick trip. With the value of the Egyptian pound so low against the dollar this Four Seasons location offers fantastic value. Their airport meet & assist service is a no-brainer, and all the staff we encountered were exemplary and service always perfect---they called the driver on the way to the hotel to speak with us, tell us our room was prepared and ask if we would like anything waiting in the room when we arrived. We ate at the Chinese restaurant "8" and the breakfast buffet, both top-notch.

First class hotel in one the world's historically great cities. Very few expenses are spared in the operations and maintenance of this location. Service is excellent all around as is the dining.
