Toilets not in good condition water flow is bad.

No indian restaurant nearby or inside hotel.
Price is little expensive.

I went for a conference, the ballroom was well furnished, clean, the sound system was good yet the projector was not perfect.. It needs some contrast review
The toilet was clean
The coffee break was delicious, also the lunch.. The dessert was not my best yet it was good

The location is not the best! However, service wise I'll give them a 8.7 out of 10. I stayed here for 5 days. Pool is clean, gym is fully equipped. They heated my food for free and they brought water every morning so I can make my morning coffee. The free breakfast is ok. Not the best in my opinion. It lacks some necessary items. And yes, in my room the WIFI kept on going off every other minute. I had to go to the lobby right next the front desk to do my work while people are passing by. The fridge wasn't the best!! I had to keep things for 6-7 hours for it cool and no I didn't call about that it wasn't a big deal. They have some kind of activities around the pool area every night which is nice. Overall, I'll be back if I need to stay near this location. The place is 20-35 min away from the tourist places if you wanted to know that.

Terrible experience for what we paid. First, we were told that the rate may be higher since we booked it last minute from a third party site. We were asked the next day because we weren't charged the correct amount the first night and paid the difference. Apparently the taxes were not calculated correctly- taxes that are unchanging- but management had a difficult time explaining the price change.

Aside from that the power went out multiple times so phones didn't charge and there was no air conditioning while it was 100 degrees outside. It happened once at night while we were sitting in the room and we had to call reception multiple times to tell them we were sitting in the dark waiting for the power to come back on. Even after that the power went out again. We also had booked a triple room, and charged as such but we were given a double room with a roll away bed. So essentially we should have booked a double room and requested an extra bed to save some money. And lastly, in a largely empty hotel, we were "upgraded" by being placed on a higher floor but we were left in the old wing of the hotel which probably contributed to the power going out.

Management's response to our complaints: "sorry" with a shrug. If business is as low as it seems, you would think they would care more to make sure their guests aren't walking out frustrated with their experience.

This was my first visit to the hotel I've arrived to the parking at 12pm it was full and cars stopping in the ENTRANCE lan blocking it the security personal offered to take the keys and move the car when there is a place but I've refused and parked outside, the lobby was nice and clean, with a warm reception, the room was clean and organised, except for the coffee cups were stained and unclean, bathroom is clean but outdated, the food was tasty but the desert cakes were poor & untasty. Finally they told me there will a place for the car after 3pm.

The hotel & casino are 15 minutes from the airport as well as from downtown. Modern architecture with selected touches of classic décor in the bar and lounge. Impressive and grandiose yet cosy in many ways.

It's expensive compared to the service provided and rooms conditions. There are many other places that will either be a little bit cheaper or providing better service without extra cost.

Nice hotel. I attended a conference there. Conference room is good and well equipped. There is valet parking.
