Fairly standard international hotel in easy walking distance of old town. Quick check-in. Breakfast excellent. Room larger than usual in this category. Washbasin lacked a plug -- not good enough for a hotel like this. If you want a laugh, read their snake-oil brochure (sorry, their beauty-and-wellness brochure). Are people really fooled by this tripe?

Near City Center, and shopping malls, clean room, variety of breakfast impressive. I strongly recommend to all visitors.

Expensive and not so well located if you want to visit the city. Parking was also expensive for Estonian levels. Breakfast is great, the room with the Jacuzzi bath tub was great but noisy.

Very nice hotel. Old building sets some limits, but the interior has made it worthy to stay in this hotel. Service was good, and tidyness almost fluent. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definately return. Breakfast was high class and there was enough choices for everyone.

I booked a room for my mother and nephew for a weekend and the stay was so-so. Room was spacious and modern, there was a decent breakfast selection and hotel also has a nice restaurant and spa but the rooms had been badly cleaned, corners in the chair area were dirty (and with a small child that dirt got to come out and play).

Also when we checked out the woman at the desk said there was more items taken from mini fridge than actually was taken (juice pack was said to be taken), I do not know if that was just an error or cleaning ladies were popping juice instead of cleaning.

Very good standard. The staff is very well prepared, speak perfect English and is very nice. The room (Zen room) is very well equipped, free WiFi, Air-conditioning, own coffee set, double bed, sofa, two big wardrobes, big TV, water massage bath tub and other nice features, not to mention it's very close to the old town.

We didn't try all the facilities, but hotel is clean with friendly staff. No stunning views, but the City is very accessible from this location. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast ample.

Would have been a 5-star rating were it not that the sauna/spa is very expensive. Other than that all is more than just good; the spacious and clean rooms, the friendly staff, the great food, parking etc. etc.
