Great place to stay in Baños! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The hotel is at a walking distance of everything. The room is spacious and clean with a nice view of the mountains around. I loved it!

Nice, elegant, cosy place to relax especially on the hammock within the central harden areas. Rooms were also clean.

Nice hotel, good breakfast buffet. Some early morning noise from school next door and traffic (room 203). Some other rooms seem not to have this problem.

Loved the mountain views, amazing staff, and close proximity to downtown Banos. The hammocks on the balcony were great and free breakfast was awesome!!

Staying here was great. The staff are very nice, attentive, friendly and very professional. The place is clean, the breakfast is amazing and there was a nice air of friendliness in this holiday season

Nice hotel in good location. Nice rooms & free wifi. Spa facilities available. Booked as part of a tour so no idea of cost. Breakfast is ok but you can get good cheap breakfasts nearby

It was very, very, very clean. The breakfast bar was substantial and the staff was attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. The public spaces are kept immaculate and it was a very safe place. I am going to make this place my go-to place for when I visit Baños.

The staff in this hotel are very friendly and willing to help you with anything! We were looking to do zip lining and various tours and their staff were very knowledgeable and able to set us up with great activities! The courtyard was beautiful and breakfast was great too.

What makes this place is the people. We had a spacious room with jacuzzi and they had left roses and petals in it for us as it was our honeymoon. Good position in the town just a short walk to the main shops and restaurants.

A quiet charm place to stay in Baños, a walking distance to the center and thermal pools, yet away from the noice.

This hotel was such a nice place. The rooms were good. Layout nice. Noise didn't travel easily so you could get a good night sleep. The food at the hotel was great. It was within walking distance of the hot springs which were so lovely.

I stayed here years ago and loved it they made a home made guava jam that i loved, a family member was visiting me from Ecuador so i asked her to pick some up for me what a mistake i got so sick after running numerous test it turned out that the jam gave me salmonella how scary it was horrible now i know why you should'nt bring things from other countries def not worth it please be careful.

lovely hotel / hostel with a courtyard in the middle. staff are nice and helpful. close to all the tour agencies so you can get your adrenaline rush in banos. well recommended
