  This place have an awesome infrastructure also the rooms are comfy and clean. They have a llama and ostrich running all around the place.

  The view and the hotel ground is breathtaking, however the receptionist's level of English is very poor. Can t communicate with him at all. Breakfast is not consistent one day to the other. Reception also don't open the same time everyday.

  Beautiful place, kind, professional and helpful staff. My husband and I decided to stay here as part of our honeymoon and we could not have made a better choice. The staff helped us arrange tours in Banos and went all out to make sure we felt pampered. The spa is the perfect place to relax, one of the best couples massage we have gotten. Samari Spa is a little piece of paradise

  We spend a couple of days in this old Monastery that was refurbished and modernized, the place is magnificent , the rooms large and well done, the spa out of this world, the food delicious , the staff was helpful and the grounds well maintained. I will definitely come back and I will recommend this to my friends.

  This is absolutely the most beautiful spa to stay in Ecuador. The staff is amazing and accomadating and the grounds will blow you away!
