Beautiful hotel. Amazing food. When you go you must go to the lookout. Best view in Ecuador.

Services are great, swimming pool, basketball field, jacuzzi, thermal water, good location and activities. Breakfast was good too. I’m giving a 3 because the rooms have no ventilation. When the weather is warm there is no way to make it cooler or open a window.

The whole compound is ok. There are plenty of services, such as accomodation, restaurant, spa, bar, hot springs, sauna, turco, swimming pool. Main pool is very small. Food on the restaurant is not as good as it can be, and the same can be said about the staff. The sight is amazing, whole city can be spectatod from there.

Went there for spa services. Massage was great. Skip the waxing. Overall a great value.
