A complete scam! The accommodations described are a complete fraud. The place is dirty, roach filled and smells of mold. Pictures advertised are not the accommodations they provide. When you refuse to stay they simply refuse to refund your reservation. They should be in jail. Swindlers!

The Los Corales gated area and buildings are quite cute, but the strip of beach is small and I was immediately approached by vendors. I could've swore it said private beach somewhere, but I could be wrong.
The service at reception and such so far is fine, but there are ants in the room, rusty bits, moldy rusted shower curtain, multiple large chips in the paint and concrete, and I found shedded bug skins and a build up of dust behind the bedside table when I was trying to plug my phone in. Gross. And the bed sheets aren't hotel quality either. I'm thinking 50/50 poly blend
Also there was an error message on the tv warning that dish network will be cut off in 48 hours if the bill isn't paid. This message blocked whatever tv show was playing. Oh and there's really only wifi in certain outdoor areas, but not in my room so I had to get the international pass with my phone company.
I came from the Sivory so I'm probably a little spoiled but this property is a 3ish star Airbnb at best. But at hotel prices. Sweet!response / report this review -

We made reservations in a few months. A week before the arrival, they called and they confirmed everything to us. But when we arrived, we were not expected, they said that everything was busy and put us outside. It's just chaos. We were with children. They spoiled the whole vacation. It was late and we were scared-where at night with the children in an unfamiliar country. We travel a lot, but this is the first time we got such situation. the very next day we called the police and only with their help we got money back, but not all. They explained this by the fact that we arrived late. But we did informed about it, we called and warned about it in advanced! We are grateful to Anna this russian woman helped us at night and placed in her apartment. Of course it turned out more expensive, but we had no choice. Even later, talking with the guards, we learned that we are not the first, such cases occur regularly here, and the owners sell the same villas twice. This is very dishonorable. Do not risk! Do not believe their photos and false reviews! These are brazen scammers!

Totally worth visiting! Hot water, Wifi and cable TV, and it's right on the beach. On the sand! Bright beautiful colors, a lot of space and light, absolute privacy and security, wonderful location.

Nice location right on the Beach,Close to a bunch of restaurants within walking distance.Free bottled water and breakfast.Free WiFi!Was able to stay connected to Family and Friends.The people are really friendly.I would recommend this to anyone especially if your travelling alone.24 hour security and the Beach is open 24hrs!

loved this place, it has its up and downs but i would change nothing about our stay, the place is wonderful its so beautiful!! and its right on the beach. it was a magical place and i would recommend to everyone.

It's a really good area to live. It's silent, you've got a small pool, very close to the sea, close to a lot of restaurants and bars and wonderful apartments.

You need to buy your own toilet paper and our water got shut off, but luckily the staff turned it back on within an hour or two. You also pay for electricity in addition to the cost of renting a villa. The bamboo beach cafe doesn't have la "bandera Dominicana" on the lunch menu but you can still order it (rice, beans, chicken). Overall the place is a nice place and the beach is a good beach
