Decent track. It's had a fairly easy layout, with it many hazards to contend with. It was in pretty good shape. The price was the most attractive part. Rental and green fees were very reasonable as compared to the nearby courses

Positives: Nice open course with nice layout. Greens are in excellent shape and fairways are decent as well. Good course to practise on.

Negatives: Golf balls and sunscreen were stolen from golf cart after 9 holes with 30 second break to the washroom. There were 2 club house workers near my cart at the time.. quite suspicious. The sand traps are in rough shape and need some attention. The golf club rentals are overpriced and were in bad shape. Green keepers on the course are all trying to sell you there cheap golf balls.

Final Thought: Nice to get away from resort to play a round of golf, but ensure you keep all your belongings with you at all times.

Although you will not be tested by knee-trembling carries over the Atlantic's rocky foreshore and sandy beaches, this very good Nick Price design will allow you to unwind and stretch those golfing muscles in a very pleasant, tropical parkland environment. Punta Blanca may not be one of the toughest courses in the area, but its excellent design, absence of housing around the course or along any fairways, and easy-going tropical parkland charms ensures a rewarding outing for golfers of all skill levels.

Played this 3 times last week. Open fairways, traps need some help. Greens rolled very nice. Golf shop clerk could take a lesson in customer service. Would go back again.

Nice course, rental clubs were very bad, no towel or club cleaning brush and the cart ($48/per rider) too expensive -

I played this course 6/27/17. Layout is very nice, but the greens are undergoing a renovation. Sand on every green. Three types of greens. Really sandy, sandy and mostly sandy. I would avoid playing here until they are done with the green treatments. They did give a discount to play, but really not enough to overcome. Here is pix of really sand green.

Great golf experience with my wife, both beginners. The golf teacher, Clemente, was nice and professional. We enjoyed some evenings with a wonderful soft daylight on relaxing fairways.

Best place to live in Bavaro Punta Cana area. All properties are on the golf course so you have great views. There is a private beach, and 2 restaurants on site. There are many pools, but the beat is either the pool right on the beach, or the Olympic pool. Also tennis courts, basketball court, indoor and outdoor gyms. A hidden gem.

Typical resort course. Huge fairways and slow greens. Not very challenging.
