  Két fakultatív programot fizettem ki az internetes honlapjukon amit nem teljesítettek és a pénzt sem kaptam vissza. VIGYÁZAT CSALÓK!!!!! A honlapjukat feljelentem mivel az internetes vásárlás szabályait súlyosan megszegték és töröltetni fogom, hogy más tisztességes utazókat ne tudjanak megkárosítani. A BM nyilvántartásban fényképe alapján keresik az (Gustavo) úriember múltját!!

  Weboldalukon előre vásárolt szolgáltatásokat nem tudták biztosítani. Telefonon elérhetetlenek. A vissza fizetést kb. 3 hónapra teljesíti szóbelileg. Senkinek nem ajánlom!!!!

  I think that maybe is the typical company who "is dying of success". Probably very positive in the past but currently with a lot of problems in the organization due to high demand. In our case it was completly dissapointing & frustrating. They didn't try to fix a lot of problems that we got even a surprising lack of interest/communication with our group.

  He hecho una excursión con el y la última, un desastre todo, mal organizado, nos falto cosas por visitar y encima nos hizo de estar casi dos horas esperando en la calle, mojados, para poder regresar al resorty podría seguir y no termino, poca seriedad y por cierto Gustavo, todavía estoy esperando una explicación de todo porque ni respondespero cobrar si que cobrastes
