There's not enough time to write good stories,and poems about Milos , so i put it very simple :
100% PROFESSIONAL
That means professional in any direction,or any department.
He came as referral from a friend, and before Milos i contacted two agents from Remax , Scott Medina ,Amali. I contacted him last,but he was hired first.

Me living in Chicago , staying very busy , looking to buy property over seas is very complicated , rules wise , communication wise.

* His response rate is would say is at 200% which is very important to me. Even when he is on the beach at his own private time,he will respond ASAP.
* He multitask like iPhone,speaks fluently many different languages,which could be a problem with other agents somehow people down there i would describe ( VERY LAZY ) would speak one language , or two maximum languages.
* He will explain briefly , show you anything you like , advise you what's good or not,but let you make decision.
* He works only with top notch Builders,and Designers.
* He rents/manages nicely done apartments inside quiet and safe zones which i prefer.
* On his own time , he will take you , show you restaurants , shoppings , private/clean beaches and more , which is very nice of him.
Those are some of the good things about Milos , so no wonder why is he top seller in Dominican Republic/ Punta Cana.

I lucked out when I found Milos with a random internet search 4 years ago. I was looking to buy real estate in Punta Cana and wanted to make sure I found someone who could help me find my dream home, especially since I was coming from a distance.

Milos is very knowledgeable about the area and showed me as many places as necessary until I found the right place for me. When I did finally find my perfect villa, he successfully negotiated on my behalf, facilitated a smooth, fast closing and has even proven to be an excellent translator for various situations when needed. Since then, he has become not only my valued real estate agent but also a friend. He goes out of his way if I need a favor while I'm out of town. Currently we live and work in Chicago, where the winters are very cold.
We travel all over Caribbean and Latin America in search of a place where we want to spend the Winters.

Real Estate can be very tricky in the Dominican Republic. The most difficult thing down here is finding someone you can trust, well I did! Mr. Korac is the gentleman that had found me my new home before I even landed on this continent. For the longest time we’ve been interested in buying an international property; however, like most potential buyers, it can be very scary out there. Who do you trust with your investment dollars? Who do you trust in helping you to navigate and understand all of the nuances of buying and owning an international property? I am far from a trusting person but with Milos I have come to place an inordinate amount of trust in him as a whole. Honestly, we got lucky in finding him. Mr. Milos helped me to choose this place in Punta Cana. I had never been to Punta Cana before. Talking to him about this place etc. he gave his honest opinions and I choose this place. Had it been not for him, I would have been very hesitant to choose a place in a foreign country. He answered all my questions and I had quite a few! He was very quick with answers. He helped me set up different things here in DR and I had no clue as to what services I needed etc. He is very very helpful. I do not think any other realtor will even come close to one tenth of the help he has given me.

I very strongly recommend him for all real estate needs and any other help he may offer. He is very honest and straight forward. I am very glad I found him.
