If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Stunning resort. If your goal on vacation is to relax and take it easy, this is a perfect place to stay. If you're looking for a little bit more activity and nightlife, this may not be the property for you. However, food on the resort is great and the shuttle provides a free service to great restaurants in town. You will need to take a 30 minute taxi ride ($45 each way) to the more lively sections of Punta Cana. Very close to La Yola, which was an absolutely delicious meal. Staff is very friendly and rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall a great choice for a hotel for families and for couples who want to relax.

Clean and beautiful. Staff attentive, pools are clean and large so it doesn't get over crowded. Beach beautiful and clean. Loving my vacation here.

Perfect hotel for quiet peacefull place to relax. No night life. Everything is nice and clean. Good food for reasonable price. Average plate is $20. Only thing could have been better was the front desk guy when i was checking in. He wasn't friendly and look mean. Probable because i have a cute younger dominican girlfriend with me

Apart from one woman in the breakfast buffet who was quite rude, everyone else that worked there couldn't have done anymore for us. Absolutely brilliant hotel to relax in! My only niggle would be that the fridge is locked shut and they wanted $200 to put on a credit card for the pleasure of storing some of my own food. Cool bag and the ice machine was used well!

Beautiful beach. Gorgeous pool. Everything moves on island time so it's not somewhere you want to go with an agenda. I had a wonderful time there though and would highly recommend it.

Wow. Wow. Wow. This hotel is spectacular. You have almost everything at your fingertips. A beauty salon and gym on the 3rd floor. A currency exchange desk at the lobby area. A good selection of places to eat. We did not want to leave this place.

This might not be for you if you are a hard core party goer. There's not much of a night life here. The hotel grounds quiets down after approximately 8 p.m. We are okay with this because when we vacation we want tranquility and relaxation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Westin Punta Cana.

There are two restaraunt, both have very good food, we prefer the on near the beach. All hotel seems really nice, rooms were clean, but water is non-potable from faucets. That was a first. Very quietno entertainment other than the pool and hot tub. Nice and quiet. The music played throughout the resort was relaxing.

Beautiful spot. Fantastic modern rooms with very comfortable beds. I was impressed with how calm the staff were with Hurricane Irma potentially approaching.

One of the nicer hotels in the area. And one of the very few actually in Punta Cana, not Bavaro. It's not all inclusive, but that could be a good thing.the pool area and the beach are amazing! This is not a party scene, its more if an R&R experience.

@the Beach restaurant. The view is relaxing. Service is excellent. This time I tried the tartar of tuna and salmon, rice and beans and sweet banana. Terrific?

My husband and I are currently in the midst of our stay here. When booking we chose the hotel because of its highly rated status online, the no smoking policy, and our prior positive experiences at other Westin/SPG properties.

We are halfway through our three-week stay, and unfortunately are not having the experience we’ve paid for. The third night we were here, neighbors were smoking on the balcony adjacent to us and continued to do so throughout the day; we reported it to Guest Services and they moved us to another room. However, we have continued to experience guests smoking on the balconies and throughout the property. We’ve reported it each time.

We have also had a theft from our room, and the response from the Concierge and Guest Services has been very disappointing, as have their actions to resolve the matter. We want reassurances that our property is secure, including expensive items that you would not normally put in the safe. While passports, cameras, and cell phones were all kept in the safe, we are concerned for our expensive cosmetics, toiletries and clothing items.

Our experience with the overall customer service at this hotel has been lackluster. In the dining areas, requests for simple items are taken as mere suggestions and are often overlooked unless asked for repeatedly. Food orders have been sent back due to lack of care in preparation. In addition, we sent some clothes to the laundry for cleaning and experienced additional carelessness with how our items were treated.

Great service and beautiful beach and pool. The Cigat Bar Don Queco is a great place with nice prices. Great for an afternoon drink.

Beautiful hotel with great service. The beach is long and clean, with lovely colors. There is a fair bit of seaweed along the cost line, but great water regardless. For the area, the food is quite good for a resort style hotel. Also has free parking, and very friendly staff.

Would recommend for someone who wants to stick to the beach and have a resort style experience that is not all inclusive.

Convenient location, "private" international airport 5min away, good beach within the reefs, enough lighted (it's dark from 6pm till 7am) trails for walk and run along the nearby golf, good fitness facility. Otherwise, Westin is same as in USA, a lot of junk food and US type of "hospitality" and prices. Also a lot of shouting Gringos. Golf's around is away from perfection, however the nature makes it up all. If you look for a quiet spot to get some sun and can afford the prices, go for it. Needed to add admirations to the resort management for doing a great work in maintaining the clearness and the nature in the 25sq miles jungle. It is a huge area and all looks like a botanical garden. Usually the golf courses are the nicest part in a resort, but here, the surroundings of the fairways are nicer. One more remark - credit card is accepted everywhere, you won't need pesos virtually ever.

This place is Amazing. I could mention every staff member and how nice they were but I will be here all day mentioning names. Briefly, Kelvin on the kite bar was awesome. On the beach, Aneudy was such a gentleman and very attentive. Jesus was the waiter for my wife's birthday dinner and he was amazing and very complacent. The place is beautiful and right on the beach. The hospitality and the professionalism by all the employees are unlike any other place I have visited. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very comfortable, beds are amazing! The fact that the beach and pool are but steps away from the room is a plus, no need to hop on a little train or golf cart to get to the beach. Food is good and the hospitality is on point. Traveling with kids, no problem, pool is not super deep, there is a kids place with staff where they do several activities. I would definitely come back to this resort.

You get what pay for. This is incredibly reasonable for the area, but there are no extra services. Everything has to be paid for. No beach service, collection from airport, for example is extra. To eat here is a challenge if one is is interested in your health. I have found food to be tasteless - sorry.
