I went with my family for the mother’s day weekend. Enjoyed my stay here. Taking construction into account I felt like the staff did their due diligence and trying to make the most out of the situation. Welchid the guest reception dude was really funny and had great customer service and Digna was one of the best bartenders I’ve had at a resort she was quick and kind to my family.
Pros: beautiful rooms, friendly staff, very social atmosphere, loved the beach, Disco room was amazing.
Cons: under construction, wish staff did more to help people get around. I walked past people on golf carts while carrying my bags that didn’t offer to help, and the food could use some more help although the chicken was really good.

Beautiful place! Friendly staff. Excellent beach and pools. Food is great. Great for all ages. I highly recommend this place. Our concierge Ozuna is the greatest guy ever! Gets everything you need!

From day one this has been a horrible place. As a female I felt like a slice of meat by the employees, they were constantly cat calling. The power was always going out and the rooms were pretty gross. So gross that a rat left it's dropping all over my room and ate my clothes. After asking to change rooms I was not moved and my room was not cleaned until the next day. The first night in the new room there were cockroaches. Towards the end of the week I couldn't wait to go home. The pool was nice and the beach was beautiful the only thing is, you get asked probably 10 times a day to do an excursion by the people who have a hard time taking no for an answer.

Everything about it was perfect for me except the food, and it was good but not the best. Otherwise staff was phenomenal and catered to any need. I was able to upgrade my room to a junior suit for 40 dollars by booking direct through the website. Bartenders new their stuff and almost everyone speaks more than one language. Grounds are kept incredibly clean by vigilant workers and the cleaning girls for the rooms were great too. There is always somewhere to get food 24/7 and there is a water park attached that's free.

We spent 8 days here with our kids. I would recommend this resort to anyone with children for sure!We had a newly updated room, which was very nice and very clean. The fridge was kept well stocked and the maid made sure we had plenty of towels every day. The food was a 3.5/5- not the best but better than other places we have been. Bartenders were iffy, but drinks were good! Italian and Steak house a la cartes were great, Brazilian was not so good. Pool area was kept clean and there were plenty of chairs. Always lots of clean pool towels. Check in was quick and a lot of fun, the ladies at the desk were super sweet and funny! The water park was great, kids had a blast.

Its a great hotel. We had a mirage room and there like new. The water park needs a revamp. Also the lobby speak very little English and French. Bit everything else was great. Super Tony, Abel and Mariano are the best. Tje only thing that really sucks are the reps of Transat. They lost my suitcase for 5 days. 1 of them is really rude to and would not let me speak to his supervisor.

Beautiful beaches and pools, smiles everywhere. However, we got charged three times for the same thing in the souvenir shop, our room was left unlocked by the cleaning service and floors completely wet after cleaning resulting in our clothes getting all wet as well. A little more professionalism would be advised.

Worst trip ever!! We came for a wedding. When we got here our room had blood all over it, $50 went missing out of my safe and they said I was a liar. Out of our group a total of $215 went missing and we all got called liars. The food was never hot, lukewarm at best. They would skip alcohol in your drinks This trip has been a nightmare. The bride was disappointed time and time again. Save your money and book elsewhere, unless you want a disappointing vacation! I would rate it 0 stars if I could!!

Great rooms.especially the renovated ones. Bar staff and buffet staff are great, restaurant staff, housekeeping, need some improvements. Pool is worn and many cracked tiles in and around the pool. Never any clean towels in the room upon the daily return. When they do bring them to the room they're still wet. The night market has nice touristy items for sale, but the sales people are almost harassing in their sales technique. The buffet selection is a little on the low side, but it's fairly average. Other guests don't seem to understand lines and will constantly try to cut in front of you, even if you were there long before them. Water park is fun and great for adults and kids. Beach is great and some of the best sand you'll ever touch. Once all the renovations are completed, it may be better, But for now, the poor customer service and lack of upkeep will keep me from coming back.

The place is outdated and oriented to eastern europe people. I would rated it to 3 stars . 50 % of people came from Russia. Food is terrible. Meat is not chewable. Drinks are watered so you can not even feel the alchogol in it. The worst service we are expiriensed in Carribean - no english speaking consierges, no kids club, no free wifi, safe or mini bar. Please dont go here.

We went to this resort for our honeymoon!
The room was absolutely perfect, the swimming pools are nice and the water park is cool too, even though we have to walk like 7 minutes to get there!
The food was nice, and the night club is the best!
The reson why I'm giving 4 stars is that the room to the beach or the beach to the restaurants are super far away!
Some resorts have little cars or " trains " that takes people around, so they probably have to do the same thing! We did have a bedroom close to the beach and it took us like 10 minutes to walk to the buffet! And also the people that work there are a little bit racist, meaning that they give lots of attention to white people and the other ones they seem to not care!response / report this review -

Some male workers do not treat females as they should be, not as friendly to them as males. Ongoing work is annoying. Swimup bar ; not enough staff. Main bar has excellent service. Food is rather tasteless. The Yankee dollar brings better service, not good to have to pay for a smile. Enough said..!!

We had one of the older room as they are under renovation.
The new rooms are beautiful.
The ocean is lovely, the people are amazing and the food if great!

This resort is terrible. Came here during summer of 2017 and this is the worst hotel to stay in. All drinks are watered down. Food is cold, all the "special" restaurants are a waste. They aren't even special. Italian is cold and soggy, while Japanese is not even filling. Can't even go to other special restaurants because they only allow you for 2. Rooms is a disgrace. beds are small, they don't even change your bed. They just make it and leave. I had a stain on my bed sheet and pillow and told them to change it but they didn't. staff are nice but everything else is trash. Won't come back again and advise others to not either

went here in early 2017, it was really bad the staff in the booked restraints were ass holes they just walked past you and didn't look at you. On one night the waiter in the Italian restraint was an ass hole an taken my food whilst i was eating. ALSO don't talk to Ricky because he is nice than trys to make you do a diamond contract (which takes 6 hours just sitting in a office been told about it and been groped into signing the contract) and its a rip off so when you say no he than isn't friendly. Apart from that it was good also there's bed bugs

My girlfriend and I were here for just 3 days starting 2 weeks ago today. We had read reviews about this place and it was honestly a lot more than we expected. Guigi was one of the hotel managers there. He made sure we had everything we wanted and more. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, very accessible, and the bartenders knew how to make anything you wanted. Our three day stay felt longer than it was. Take advantage of the adventure boogies-dune buggy tour where you see some pretty amazing stuff. If we could go back, or recommend this resort to anyone, kids or no kids, i would in a heartbeat.response / report this review -

Great waterpark and food. Pools, alcohol, and shows were terrific. Staff very friendly and professional. They really take care of you. Rooms were a bit old/warn out, but comfortable.
