  Very homely. Clean. A/C, plenty of water, new fridge, stove, stocked kitchenette. Safe, gated. Car parked within gate. We were given keys for gates to come and go as we pleased. Owners were very friendly and attentive. Town was small, but quiet, friendly.

  Three units are outdated and some of the cots are in poor condition. No breakfast but close to other places.
