The place is awesome must go visit had a great time. The people there are so nice and friendlymy first going and I'm going back next year but I'm going 2 stay in there apartment this time.

This hotel IS DISGUSTING. Spent ONE NIGHT and checked out in the morning. Nothing like what the photos show. The photos must be from when the hotel was first built. It's seedy, filthy, and smelly. The water smells of the sewer. Management told me to run the water for a few minutes before use. GROSS. My daughter sat on the bed and it collapsed to the floor and cut the back of her foot. The front door was broken in the middle, like someone kicked it and split it. Instead of fixing the wood, they stuffed toilet paper in the cracks. The floors were filthy and the bed linens were dirty and stained. The door to the balcony (which is not private, but shared with the room next door) would not open. They tried to fix it, but when they did get it open, it wouldn't lock, so I was terrified someone would come. As you can from the below pictures, the door has toilet paper stuffed in the cracks, and the bed is collapsed. The pool was murky.

We first arrived at night and coming to a new environment it was different. We were accommodated by a staff member "Thomas." He was the man. He made sure we had the best service, the best room, he took us wherever we wanted to go and introduced us to the lifestyle of Dominican people. We received a massage from a woman named "Nana." She was so sweet and simply wonderful to us and in her Cabana had a smaller version of a spa. It nowasn't a 4 star hotel but it definitely was hospitable. Thomas took us to the beach and Dominican Macy's where I met what I know is the love of my life but because of distance we can't be together. Was it luxurious??? No not the absolute best but the best people and the best time and their property was beautiful and well maintained. The food for breakfast was great. We had fried eggs and potatoes with orange juice. I had the best time and I'm going back.

Water is salty. Front desk service is even worst. Our room had no working outlets and they wouldnt do anything about it. Breakfast is what they want to serve on that specific day. You have no choice

One of the best deals in Bavaro, excellent staff. Breakfast was included and they had their own spot on the beach in which the hotel transports you have in their own golf cart.
