Nice people not many speak english. Hot as hell no air in the common area's. Power when off twice a day for 5 -10 mins Food is your normal buffet style. I when for my 50th birthday junior suite spacious however was Bland the bed was hard the air was not good there was ants in the room but due to the flowers I just threw them out and got rid of the towels.
The in-room Bar was nice of course it was fabulous there were two balconies great view The TV sucked all the stations were Spanish-speaking that a couple of American speaking stations for a couple hours and then they will cut out. The bed was hard it was a hard king size bed it was a full closet.
You cant drink the water or brush your teeth with the water so they provide bottled water at the front desk. The grounds and pool are beautiful the pool bar is nice there's always something to do at the pool. The entertainment is at the pool the beach is gorgeous the sand is like butter the water is warm the beach is pretty clean now the downside when we went there was no hurricane damage but they were renovating the beach bar and restaurant which sucks you couldn't get food or drinks at the beach.
Yea I forgot the hotel hall ways smell like death on one side of the building . I thought something dead in the wall sewage pipe.
The Michael Jackson tribute show was really good I saw some other show it was like lip-syncing and dancing. The girl who did Lady Gaga was fantastic. The show room is open air no AC.
The wifi only works in the lobby.
No one speaks English or they pretend not to all Europeans they're nasty that I don't want to talk to you.
If I ever go again I'll just stay at a nicer Hotel I need fancier I need air condition.response / report this review -

This place doesn't deserve any stars at all. I will never be going back here again. The sheets were dirty the room smells like mildew and the worst part is the have cockroaches. We ate the same food all week. There was not much of a variety. None of the staff speak a lick of eng lish. I was just there during hurricane Marie and they could not give us a protocol on what to do when it hits. Like overall the worst vacation I've ever had. 😡👎ðŸ˜

I stayed here for a weekend in November 2016. The water park is great, food is good too. The room was clean. Beach was a bit dirty and the night club wasn't that awesome either. Generally a good resort

The internet situation was horrific. I was without any service for three days but Leandra at the front desk was determined to make sure I was good. She finally got me connected so I could contact my family in the US. I am very grateful to her. Overall it was nice but our room was nothing like on the website or in pictures which was very disappointing because it was out honeymoon.

They don't care if the fridge or the TV is broken don't bother to call or tell anyone .room descent , closet smells.
The food pretty much the same all week long.
U cant find free space beside a pool if u don't wake up 7 in the morning .
One day I went down at 7 and I was lucky to find two bed for my family 4.
the beach is a good 10 min walk ,sunbeam thing apply , wake up early to find shelter .the gym is very very rusty omg :)
to be liked by the drink servers u need to tip.
don't change Canadian in the resort very bad exchange .
Everything is really expensive .
U can visit the other resorts but u can't use their pool even though we were told that we can.
we didn't get sick this time not like after Cuba last year so that's a good thing.
at night drunk people everywhere. Bring lots of mosquito repellent and sun screen .

we had an incident with missing money from our wallet in our room (300 dollars)this after we argued 2 days to change our room. we booked a double room and they gave us a twin room. when i went to reception and said that i can't take this room because it's our honey moon, the receptionist laughed and told me that he and his wife sleep separatly tothe second day told me to go to another receptionist to ask for double roomonly after we spoked with the manager we received our double room the third day. The food is great and the beach splendid but i will not return to this hotel even if i had to.

Garbage! Garbage! Garbage! Disgusting food,small and disgusting swimming pool,rooms not too bad and is like an hour from the beech,ohhh , no wifi in the rooms,bad bad experience with Rue Naiboa! Not worth the money at All
