Small boutique hotel. Great location

Let's just say this was an adventure staying here. Water went out, lights randomly turned on at 3am and housekeeping didn't come until after 6pm.. I'm only giving two stars because the staff was amazing and the breakfast was super cute. Location was great and the manager Alberto was super accommodating. Hotel needs some work. But they are doing it.

Can I give a 0? I have been coming to the Dominican for five years now and this is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. TV did not work and I told them no less the 10 times, they kept saying that they would send someone up and never did. We had NO hot water (at all) we went told them about this and again it was never fixed. When you do take a shower it's only 1/2 a shower door and no water ridge on the other half, so water will leak all across the bathroom floor. The internet was very bad on & off the entire time. No fitted sheets on the bed, Just a sheet tossed on top. All the rooms are close to the street so you will hear cars drive by all night. Yes it's close to the beach, but you can get a better place that is cheaper.

Hotel nada fuera de lo común, muy buena ubicación a no mas de 15 min de la playa.

Horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeee malisimo hotel evitalo mientras puedas es lo más asqueroso en hoteles que e visto, nos quedamos una semana en la habitación 205 y no nos cambiaron las sábanas nunca y las toallas tuve que reclamar en recepción para que las cambiarán a mi me salieron unas pepas en todo el cuerpo que me picaban mucho, luego a mi hija de tres años y a mi nos picaba mucho la cabeza nos dimos cuenta que hasta piojos habÃa en la habitaci9n dios mio que asco esto es indignante, este hotel deberÃan de cerrarlo.

Es muy bonito, muy comodo, y esta en un buen lugar. Lo unico es que cuando llegamos a instalarnos (con check in previo), ya habia otra persona en mi habitacion. Y en mi nueva habitacion, el aire no funciono en toda la noche

I researched hotels because everyone goes to Punta Cana to stay at resorts. But, we wanted to experience the culture and heard the resort food was terrible!! So, after some research, I found this decent 4star hotel for $50 a night. Hesitant because we weren't familiar with the country we booked it and we were so beyond satisfied! The room was nice and big with a balcony facing the Sea. You have a huge mirror/closet that makes the room look even bigger - and the shower is big!! Palm trees all around. You walk 2 min. East (towards the sun rise) and the beach is right there. There is a strip area of about 3 restaurants, 2 souvenir/necessity shops, and 2 large grocery markets. The food at the restaurants were amazing!!! (Except Don Pio - slow service and not the best food) Fresh fish everyday for around $10 per person at all the other restaurants. There is a late night pizza place across the street. If you head North through the street of El Corecito there is the best restaurant that we visited a few times there called Nelbo's. You get a free appetizer with every meal and the meals.are phenomenal. They give you so much too! Highly recommend! Went to the markets and bought beer and drinks and a lot of water - still didn't spend half of what other couples spent on resorts.
