Excellent resort. We were here last year and enjoyed it so much we had to come back. The staff were friendly and there was a variety of options at the buffet. The a la carte restaurants are tasty as well but the line ups can be long. The beach is amazing and the secret pool is always a great option as well. Can’t wait to come back to paradise!

Very great resort. Fun times and fun people. The workers are SWEET and friendly. Brigida in public relations is extremely helpful. Kitson, and 8Ball, Joseph on the beach were very helpful, also. My only wish is that they had more allergen friendly foods or options. Even if it's only one restaurant or store. I have food allergies (dairy, pork, beef) so of course it was hard to locate options. Aside from that, the resort is clean and well kept. I will be back.

Overall experience was great. Beautiful location, plentiful food and drinks, majority of employees were pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had. The nightly shows were awesome. Biggest issue was that we lost power two days in a row. First time was just briefly, little less than an hour. The second time without power lasted 3 hours and didn't get it back on until 2AM. Other than that, our stay here was great.

This place is very clean and very very accommodating all the staff is very nice and willing to please we had a small issue with their room the bathtub wouldn't dream they came to fix it right away later they stop by with a big fruit basket in them nice bottle of rum and say an apology. The one person that stands out the most is William the bartender at the pool he goes way way way above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. The next day at the pool we arrived and he had already had a safe spot for us and drinks ready watching him interact with everybody else including kids made us like him even more he's a wonderful person and I highly recommend that you go say hi you and make you feel right at home I would highly recommend this place to anybody who's taking a vacation especially for their first time it is a very beautiful place the staff is all very nice.

Had a wonderful time! Lorayne in Guest Services took very good care of us! She was the best! We really enjoyed the dolphin excursion and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Vidal took great care of us at the towel counter! All staff friendly and helpful. Great spring break! We will definitely come here again!

This place is amazing! Service was excellent. The employees here genuinely care and go out of their way to help you. 3 bartenders and 1 waiter made us feel so welcomed from the first day we arrived. Ramon, Americo, Ameris and Edison at The Steakhouse. You must go there!

The stay was excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Amenities where very clean and amazing. Delvin at the front is now a friend for life. All of the food is also very good. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely loved my stay. Restaurants were all excellent, facilities were all tip-top, and staff were all friendly. I especially loved the beachside offerings and that each pool had a unique look from the rest (and a swim-up bar!!)

I would return for sure.

The resort is very nice and you do get the full all inclusive experience very well here. Beach and pools are beautiful with tons of seating available. Room was nice and served it's purpose for our 5 days here. Bathroom is a little odd but gets the job done. Food was good for the most part. No reservations for specialty restaurants was different but worked out ok. Overall very good trip.

I spent three incredible days here, which was not nearly long enough to experience all of it. The selection at the buffets was outstanding. The pools are magnificent and clean. The beach is nothing short of amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The casino is small, with a handful of gaming tables and slots, but has a cigar shop with a nice selection. I will definitely be returning.

This was my first time and it exceeded all my expectations. Restaurants were Excellent, service was excellent, pools excellent. The steak house gets 10 stars. I loved my room. I would definitely recommend this place and I'd come back. I would like to visit Grand Palladium hotels in other countries.

The resort was excellent, the staff were always friendly and happy to help with whatever we needed. The facilities were great especially the pool and bars. The beach was beautiful! Overall a wonderful experience and would happily return.

My experience at Grand Palladium Hotel was very good. The only negative comment I have is about the food at the buffet by the beach, the food was cold; however; they explained that due to the hurricane they have had a hard time recovering so we weren’t upset. The room was impecable, the service was a 5 star. The entertainment team was also amazing. I had a great stay.

First time here with the family! It was a great experience and will definitely come again. Staff so friendly and nice. The resort and amenities were great. Even hurricane Irma didn't stop the resort from showing its members a great time and appreciation! Thank you for a great family vacation! Darwin was a fabulous at the recption..my new friend!

The area and grounds are beautiful, rooms need updating & the food isn't good. Eat away from the resort. Other than that, we had a good time.

Its A beautiful place! I would go again in a heart beat. However the down fall is the spa, excursion people, and the people selling stuff are always bugging you to buy something. Every time you walk through the lobby it happens. Other then that clean rooms, clean beach, and awesome staff!!
