I had a local friend call for a price, we were told one thing then when we got there (as saw we're foreigners) they told us they didn't have the vehicle (mind you is was just 30 minutes prior when we called). They put us in a bigger vehicle but insisted the price was the same - NOT TRUE! They also lied about the add-on insurance being included in the price - which is turned out not to be but we didn't actually receive the final bill until several days after returning the car. I will give them a star for being friendly when they picked us up. BEWARE, BE AWARE!

Went in to ask a question about my rental that I picked up at another location and was told they can't help me. Isn't each Avis location supposed to support each other? Perhaps this location is lazy and did not want to help.

Watch what you sign since they will try to sell you every insurance product they have. Their arguments are ridiculous and include "you can not decline damage waiver with this credit card" and "you need to accept additional liability insurance to get basic protection". I ended up with 3 holds on my credit card because of that. Other than that the experience was okay. The guy that gets you the keys is very nice and helpful.

Good service as well as good vehicles.

Excelente servicio y variedad de vehículos para todos los bolsillos. Te pasan a buscar el hotel, están en el aeropuerto y también puedes ir directo a su oficina.
