The internet is horrible at this place.i mean worse than a remote hotel in the middle of nowhere. The amenities are sub standard. The bathrooms are pathetic. This hotel needs a makeover. The rooms are spacious but chairs, beds abd tables are pretty old and look overused. Beds have dents. For the price, they charge for the rooms and the quality that they provide, it is amazing that they can still exist. Don't even let me comment on the breakfast part. Boiled potatoes, baked beans, some eggs.yogurt get creative guys.
Good hotel, nice stuff. It was not so easy to find the hotel entrance, if you are in the shopping mall, from outside it is better. It was a little bit surprise, that the reception is upstairs and not behind the first door. You have to use lift or 80 stairs to get the reception :-) Breakfast was fine, the restaurant is expensive.
I liked this hotel very much. Rooms were nice, staff helpful, and free indoor parking were some of the things to mention. The town of Lyngby is surprisingly nice with some really nice restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The train station is approximately 10 minutes walk, and frequent trains take you directly to the Copenhagen city centre.
Week guest. Check in was at 0030 so check in was very basic with little detail without promt. Clean room and basic. Breakfast was good with choice and quality.
A great place to stay, the staff are very friendly and the room was great. You can tell parts of the hotel are looking old and tired but it is being refurbished and shouldn't put you off staying.
A very nice hotel. Great location in the heart of Lyngby. Staff and service is great.
A nice hotel but a little overpriced. It's in a relatively convenient location near the train station.
Above-average hotel for business travellers. Excellent restaurant. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Nice, well-kept, clean rooms. Excellent attention to sustainability. Not the Ritz, but comfortable, clean, and safe. Great location in Lyngby. Pleasant, professional, and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.
Had a poor experience. Had booked a couple of nights, but owing to flight delays I missed the first night. I did however ring the reception to let them know. The following day, when I arrived for the second of two nights originally booked, they had sold my room and initially stated they had no more left! I was extremely unhappy. The staff however did manage to find me a room for the night but it was basic at best.
Avoid.
We arrived on a Sunday night at 21.00. No restaurant, no bar, no room service. Spartan room. I would expect better facilities in a 2-star hotel, but this is €220 per night!!
Nice place, but kinda difficult to find by car. Rooms standard are good, the breakfast is medium good, and the service is friendly and helpful.
