Extremely small room though beds are comfortable. Good breakfast with many choices, warm and cold. Location is quite good, not that far from train station. Staff is helpful and friendly. I found it a bit expensive for what the hotel offers

Good restaurant and bar. Room very basic and some appliances were not working properly, for example, the sink and the air conditioning. Room was cold inside.

Very Nice hotel. Smiling staff. Recommended!

Beautiful location by a Copenhagen canal. Walking distance from railway station. (There are trains going from CPH Copenhagen Airport to city center.)

Hotel location is nice. Rooms are very expensive. Basic room - I paid about £380 for 2 nights. Small room. No kettle. No wardrobe. Very basis functioning room. Request for lake view room. Mine was 909.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It's very well located, clean and the bed was comfy, like every other Scandic hotel. Very well located, close to bus, metro and train stations and walking distance from City center. My room was looking to the water and the view was great. Standard Scandic breakfast buffet.

Very friendly staff and a nice comfortable clean and well equipped room. Get a room in a floor above the 12th floor and you also have a great view of the city.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very clean with friendly staff. Great breakfast options. The hotel is great for disabled people. There are disabled friendly rooms and three building has level access. Highly recommended.

The hotel in general is ok. Cleanliness was sub standard specially for the price. Price is the biggest issue. It does not correlate with the hotel offerings and is way to high. Staff is very friendly an helpful. Thus the bad rating stems mostly from price and cleanliness.

Typical large-scale hotel. Tons of people, lots of children. Very busy. Expect waits at reception on checking in and restaurant for dinner. Best to go out to eat elsewhere. (Fridas across the street was awesome!) At the same time, they have ICE! And quiet rooms, all the amenities and ridiculously friendly people.

Nice room and good service. We inquired about a hair drier in the reception and moments later it was delivered to our room. The morning buffet was alright, nothing fancy or particularly well-tasting, however it was extremely crowded which revives bad memories of over populated all inclusive buffet restaurants on charter destinations.

Front desk receptionist was extremely polite. Room is on the small side but has a fantastic view of the lake and a bathtub. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choices (three types of eggs, sandwich meat, sausage, bacon, potatoes, baked beans, multiple cheeses, lots of different varieties of bread, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice). Within good walking distance to good restaurants and Copenhagen sites. So far a good experience.
