Scandic is always reliable for business travellers. Clean, comfortable rooms, and reliable Internet. Breakfast is a bit odd: layout of food is not intuitive and a few things (e.g. croissants) seemed more of an afterthought and not very fresh, but still a decent selection.

Comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The coffee at breakfast is pretty bad and there is not enough seating so it is difficult to find a table at a normal breakfast time. Fair selection of food but most of the cups and crockery did not appear to have been washed properly (residue left on them like they had been put through a dishwasher without soap).
The rooms could have done with some maintenance with the toilet continually running after flushing and the plugs at the desk not seeming to work. The complimentary WiFi was reliable although it was capped at around 5Mbps. Not a bad place to stay but not somewhere I would recommend either.response / report this review -

Exceptional customer service, very beautiful place. We had room 617 on the top floor, with a view of the green walk away and water, beautiful!

Poor, dingy room. Rude Staff. Poor quality of food. No options for food around 10 PM.
Except the view from the top floor everything is poor. Too tiny lifts.
Good for back packers, not for family, couples and business trips.response / report this review -

Great location on Copenhagen waterfront. Easy walk to many tourist and shopping areas. Noon checkout and free hot breakfast make this hotel a favorite for cruise ship passengers sailing from Copenhagen.

Trendy hotel and the service was excellent. Our room was a bit on the small side, but nice and clean. Awesome location close to Nyhavn and central Copenhagen.

Only stopped in to visit their bar while I had some free time, so this isn't an overall review. Lobby and bar area were clean and all of the staff very friendly.
The bar/lounge area was extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Cocktail selection was great, but I stuck with the beers on tap given they would not be an option once I got back to the U.S. Based on the limited time there and speaking to a few guests, I would love to stay there.response / report this review -
