On the 13th floor, which was recently renovated. Some renovations are still going on during the day but the power tools subsided by the sunset. Room is clean and relatively spacious, with a nice view of Copenhagen. Bed is very soft, if that's your thing. Breakfast is better than your average 'Continental', featuring delicious bacon, sausage, crepes, eggs, seeds, breads, fruits, smoked salmon. Parking is 240kr a night and includes valet service. When entering the garage, wait for the green light!

Decent hotel. Rooms modern and clean. Location great. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Building itself is abit dated, but rooms recently refurbished.

Good location, helpful staff and clean room, but.

Windows leaked and hotel response was towels on windowsill to mop up the rain. Hotel being renovated so limited bar and restaurant facilities. Definitely not 5 star!

I was staying in a 1-person room at this hotel. It is very close to the central train station and I needed it. Nice, clean hotel. Negatives: the bed is too soft for me, the shower is tiny. However, I'd stay in the same hotel again.

Brilliantly positioned opposite Tivoli Gardens. Very comfortable updated room. Staff all speak perfect English and were very helpful during our stay.

Room is nice but the only issue I have is about the channels on tv. ( not a big issue but it just limited for a 5 star hotel) everything else is great.

All the furniture and fixtures were from the late '70s. Yes, including avocado green bathrooms and green and orange polyester curtains and upholstery, with the grime associated with anything that old. The service and consumables were ,thankfully, more up to date. No complaints about breakfast and the full gym will gladden the heart of any exercise junky. Even the top floor bar was something out of the original StarTrek, but improved by the live fireworks show, which I am told happens every Wednesday and Saturday evening.

Stayed about a week here during a recent vacation in Copenhagen. Great hotel, central to a lot of attractions. My suite had a fantastic view. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel in the lobby that has good food, and you can order room service.

A few issues though, which is why it doesn't receive 5 stars:

When we went to check-in, we were told the room wasn't ready which lead us to wait around the lobby for almost an hour. When no one came to check on us, I spoke with the manager who was very accommodating and apologized profusely for the situation. He got us a nice corner suite instead of our original suite and got us upstairs right away.

The complementary breakfast situation was super strange. It was at the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel and it was a buffet kind of style. We were promptly seated when we got there and a waitress took our coffee orders. The coffees never came, nor did any of the food we ordered. No one came back to check on us. We just ended up walking out and getting breakfast elsewhere.

This is a 5 star hotel in Denmark but It's a pretty average hotel for American standards Tiny showers, two twin beds pushed together is what they call a king, elevators hold 4 people, rooms have old carpet, tv's are tiny. If this is 5 stars, I can't imagine what a 4 star is. Great location though. Central to everything, close to Central station, 15 minutes from the airport on the train, across from Tivoli.
