I have been coming to Bertrams on work trips for many years now, and the friendly welcome and excellent, down to earth facilities never fail to impress. I particularly liked the garden room this time - very nice indeed, and tusind tak!

Warm and biologic atmosphere. Beautiful nature style rooms. Small but very nice breakfast restaurant, tables bit to close next to each other.

First impressions last and the good humoured welcome set the tone for a very relaxing stay. We had a upgraded suite, it was my wife's birthday. The room was beautiful with fantastic bathroom products. The star for me was the breakfast, just wholesome natural food. The hotel is set in a great neighbourhood with lots of friendly bars and restaurants in easy walking distance in any direction.

Good location, just 15 mins walk from central station. Not too far to all the attractions but make the hotel much quieter and away from the crowd. Great neighborhood, lots of good local restaurants and take-away nearby.(we've tried some and was really good.) Also there are plenty of nice shops this area and a supermarket just around the corner, which you can get anything you want. All staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the girls in the kitchen. Make us feel just like home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thanks for the clean and comfortable room. The staff at the front desk were all VERY helpful and friendly. At the end of long days at my work I felt like I was coming home.

the staff was amazing, very willing to help and introducing the city to us. The hotel embedded a concept of sustainability and good health, for example, the posters in the breakfast regarding no wasting food and free fruit from the hotel. I had a wonderful time there. By the way I like the shampoo, shower gel and body lotion that the hotel provided in the room. Good quality and the smell was nice. The hotel also provided tooth brushes and tooth paste.

Is in a good location, 15 minutes walking distance to the central station. It is also close to the Zoo, which the parks next to the Zoo are beautiful and nice to have a walk over there.

One negative thing is the internet is on and off all the time, not stable.

Expectations truly met at this small and comfy hotel. Warm welcome and everything in the right place. If you think that small is beautiful and you fancy the concept of eco-friendliness down to the last detail, Bertrams Hotel Guldsmeden is the right choice.

Their people take time to help and suggest
The best places to eat and sight see.
The rooms are clean and decorated
With taste. Beds are confortable .
Soaps and shampoo are of great quality.
Breakfast are one of the best i had. In a hotel.
I loved everything about this place.
Strongly reccomand it.

Spent 20 minutes chatting to Nicholas at reception when I arrived, felt like I was talking to an old friend that I hadn't seen in years - that kinda says it all for me. I'm here for business and this will now definitely be my hotel of choice anytime I'm in Copenhagen going forward. Comfy bed, lots of character in the rooms - I'm a happy camper, definitely recommending Bertrams Hotel.

We had a good two day stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is well positioned for the excellent restaurants in the meat packing area. The only annoying thing was the design of the bathroom. It seemed to be style over substance. The main problem was the stupidly small bath tub, which didn't work well either as a bath or a shower. In the space available you could have installed a very nice shower. Also, there was no useful shelf space in there. Otherwise everything was fine.
