A charming mid-size hotel in a nice neighborhood. Rooms are average size and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Wifi is good. Breakfast is ok, but nothing great. Old town is a 10 min walk away.

Very good value. Other than the breakfast area, the hotel is in a good condition, including the rooms. The location is very central.

This is a very good four star hotel. The hotel has a historic feel to it as you walk a labyrinth to the get to the fitness center which is open 24/7. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel but it doesn't really attract the younger crowd. The rooms are a bit smaller than standard but the bathrooms are luxurious. I would recommend and stay at this again.

Lovely time at the Phoenix! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and was obviously recently renovated as everything seem very new and clean. Comfy bed. Loved the location! Had plenty or restaurants and things to do nearby, and the train station to the airport was an easy walk. Would certainly stay again next time we are in Copenhagen!

The location is great if you plan on spending 99% of your day out sightseeing. Hotel is in need of updating and renovations. The bathrooms are old and the furniture is dated. Beds are comfy and it's quiet. Staff is polite but they don't go out of their way to help you. No one helped with my luggage. They sort of looked at me when I got out of the taxi. Normally they come running to get your bags and show you in. Cleanliness was so so.

This is a very, very nice hotel. Our room was very spacious, had a great day window with two comfy seats nearby. Staff was professional and very courteous.

Very nice service but unacceptable bathroom with cracked sink and "eastern European standard"shower! No proper shower-cabin but Drain in the bathrooms floor..
Absolutely inappropriate for a Hotel claiming 5 Stars.

Grotesquely overpriced tiny room in a building that pre-dates central heating if not electricity. Skip the equally overpriced breakfast. Beware the badly designed shower-bath. Fine location, anyway.

I have enjoyed the hotel so far. The presentation is nice and they have made the most of a limited space. The room is a little small however and I was given a room with two double beds put together instead of a single bed. It was a little awkward, but still comfortable.

Stayed 3 nights in February 2016. Outstanding location - 2 minutes walk from Nyhavn and the metro, 15 minutes metro from Airport. Very safe and clean area. Friendly service, helpful, we were able to check in early. Room size small but comfortable - great shower & washroom with heated tiles. Extremely comfortable beds (we had 2 singles). Wi-Fi was excellent, always fast and functional, no issues. Friendly bar, breakfast buffet looked nice. Everything is expensive in Copenhagen but this hotel had outstanding bang for the buck. Would return and stay anytime. Genuine 4 star.

Some rooms are so small that u can barely fit in if you have luggage (single regular room).
They have other category room which are good.. and yes the breakfast spread is one of the best u get in Copenhagen

Location is perfect. Room is too small and dated, and the bed is way too soft to have a comfortable sleep. There's no tea kettle provided in the room. This is a 4 star hotel and they don't provide a tea kettle.
