Small but cosy rooms with adequate facilities. Fine breakfast. Helpful staff at the front desk

Modern, updated, and trendy interior. Room was nice and comfortable. Even had a small bathtub in the room which you don't often see in European hotels. Staff was nice.

Wet nice hotel. Good buffet for breakfast, bit tight to get around the restaurant area. But great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful!

Opposite massive building site currently so don't expect a lie in. Aircon also noisy, no iron/board. However staff friendly and helpful, bed was good and 5 minute walk from the central station

The square is in a great location for exploring Copenhagen and the bed is very comfortable, unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. The room smelled faintly of petrol throughout the night, the WiFi connection was spotty at best and when we complained we were made to feel as though we were being called liars, the pillows were horrible and the breakfast was less than great. Would be unlikely to stay again.

Location is good. Room (triple) is small without real shower. Wifi is awful. Does not deserve 4 stars.

The hotel has many positive aspects about it, specially the location, breakfast and comfort in overall. The only downside of it is that the triple room is a bit small, but nothing that shadows the good points of the square. Definitely recommend it!

Arrived on a very early flight and the receptionists insisted that we wait until 1.30 pm to receive our room. Then the room had to be changed twice because the fridge was out of order to a room facing a wall, then again to one with a street view. Otherwise the location of the hotel was good.

the room was large enough for our little band of traveling misfits and they were able to accommodate us easily. however there were several maintenance issues upon arriving. firstly the bathroom door is glass and see through. and i wasn't affixed to the door frame properly so it opened constantly we had to use one of our bags to keep it closed while is was being used. also the toilet was cracked along the back through the inside. it wasn't noticeable at first but after a couple days you could clearly see it split. the toilet also i believed uses gray water. which if you don't know what that is its the non drinkable water that is recycled from waste water. so the bathroom constantly smelled as though someone had just used it. there was no ventilation for the bathroom so that doubled the stink factor when someone actually did use it. the shower wall wasn't very long or sealed at the bottom which made exiting the shower an at your own risk situation because the floor was soaked. the beds were comfy and there was a tv to watch. however there wasn't a close outlet to plug into for charging my phone near the bed and the little stereo they had in the room didn't even turn on. lastly breakfast was not included in the stay which soured my want to recommend it to anyone.

Decent hotel, nice location. In and out to sleep really, not one to spend much time in otherwise. Rooms and amenities are fine. Good location in the centre of town. Happy to recommend.

The hotel is clean and rooms are ok. A bit noisy at the front and the curtains struggle to keep out the all night long advertisement boards on the opposite side of the square. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good hotel in a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Good buffet breakfasts. Rooms are not huge even with an upgrade but that often seems to be the case in Copenhagen.

Nice hotel within reasonable budget. Walking distance to train station and shopping. Car parking garage next door to the hotel. Nice, helpful and friendly staff. Recommended for a weekend stay.
