Excellent for convenience, rooms comfortable and spacious enough. Would have been five stars if I'd have been able to get a hot chocolate, even if only from a machine, but there was no machine and the bar was closed by 0200.

Very convenient for the airport, and also only 10 minutes by metro from the City Centre. This is a well run hotel with excellent staff, as I have come to expect from Carlson.

Place was clean inside, but far from any restaurant or shopping. There is a small grocery about half mile or more.
Nothing to do at night especially if you want to run out for something.
Service was cordial and food in hotel was good.

Room was OK even if the shower would have need an extra care (limestone traces). Pool was too cold (the staff told us that their is a misfunction). Neither the less, bed was comfy, staff lovely and breakfasts very good. The overall experience is under the usual Park Inn.

Excellent location, next to Metro. Only 2 stops from airport. Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Would happily stay again.

Nice hotel. Close proximity to the airport by metro rail. They offer a really nice breakfast buffet, included with stay. There didn't seem to be a lot of dining options nearby. I usually take the rail to the next stop down and find dinner there. The rooms are adequate, nothing special. If you aren't good sleeping on a thin mattress then you might want to try another hotel. That is my biggest gripe with the Park Inn, I find myself having a hard time sleeping on the beds here. The bathroom is adequate, although I'm not a fan of the attached soap dispenser for the shower, or lack of a full shower door. Overall, good for a nights stay if you're catching a early flight the next morning.

I had to re-schedule my trip and no effort was done to accommodate this. I was expecting to be given some refund or the possibility for a later booking. I was charged the full amount (and even breakfast!?!?!) even when I advised in advance I needed to cancel/change my reservation.

I'm a frequent business traveller and I was very disappointed with the way they handle customers. The old and outdated rooms also didn't cause an impression. Way expensive for a 3star.

Rooms are a bit outdated, not large but ok for an airport hotel. Comfy mattress but cleanliness could improve (finding hairs inside the bath tube upon your arrival isn't the best presentation). Excellent location from and to the airport via Metro, two minutes, second stop. Nice restaurant, not a large menu but quality food.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are very friendly and attentive. From the outside the hotel looks like a building from the 80's but as you get closer you soon see its a modern new building in a quiet area. When you walk in there is a modern comfortable feel and I especially like the quote on written on a whiteboard at the door. The room was large and comfortable with a nice corner window, a large comfortable chair

The food here was very nice, they served local dishes to us by friendly waiters and proud chefs. We used the business suite and the service was ok and they brought food occasionally.

They do not have a safe in the room which is a concern for some and it would have been nice to have a bit more of a room service in the business room, they sometimes left things outside the room that we did not notice. All in all I would stay here again, very nice hotel.
