Nice and quiet place close to airport. There is also shopping mall in walking distance which has nice food court.

Amazing hotel. Beds are really comfortable. The bathroom floor is heated. The bar is great. Internet doesn't suck.

I’ll start out with the good aspects first - the hotel staff was nice and the location was very convenient! It was close to public transportation, a bike rental store, shopping mall, and supermarket. However, I did have a few problems with my stay here.
My biggest complaint was the bathroom’s major design flaw. There’s only about 1/3 of a glass wall for the bathtub/shower that is supposed to keep the water in the tub area. Because it is too small, it is almost inevitable for the floor to get wet. Even when I strategically positioned my body and the showerhead, water still got all over the floor. When I say all over the floor, I really mean all over. From the tub to under the sink to behind the toilet; there was water. I had to use two towels to dry the floor and the next day when I showered again, the towels were still not dry from the day before. I’ve traveled to many countries and in my experience, this is hands down the poorest design for a hotel bathroom in a western European country.
Two additional issues I had were with the mini fridge. Every morning when I tried to open it, the fridge was locked. When I called the front desk, they were unable to unlock it remotely and had to send a technician every time. This happened three days in a row. Next, the ‘personal use’ space they gave me was only about 15 cubic centimeters. The rest of the mini fridge was filled with generic hotel products like drinks and snacks. I could not even pick them up to move them or read the label without a notice saying I would be charged for consumption – whether I actually consumed something I picked up or not.
Lastly, the tissues in my room ran out so I called the front desk and requested more. It took walking down to the front desk, two additional phone calls, and nearly an hour of waiting to finally receive a new box.
I had higher expectations for this hotel and they were not met.
While nothing went terribly wrong, I did not have a good enough experience to stay here again.

09/09/17: 4.5 out of 5 - Stayed here as part of my and my wife's European trip doing the Volvo Delivery Program; we were visiting from Portland, Oregon, USA.

The Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers is an updated and modern hotel in Copenhagen. The rooms are modern and clean for comfort. The staff were very helpful and informative. Almost the standard nowadays in moderate- to high-end hotels.

The rooms were modern with comfort in mind with its design. Very clean lines and neutral colors that compliments the wood tones and brushed metal. Overall, comfortable with one exception to the bathroom.

The bathroom is aesthetically appealing. However, I feel it lacks a bit in efficiency, maybe effectiveness, or just both. Meaning, when showering, water does get on the floor. Even with floor mat it is a bit of a safety concern. Everything is functionally nice.

The Crowne Plaza offers a lot of other amenities to make the stay comfortable. Everything from a decent Fitness Center or having access to an actual gym with pool use. There are some suggested running routes that the hotel provides maps for along with a little recovery station in the lobby with towels and light refreshments. Of course, other amenities would be the restaurant, a cafe, a bar, and a breakfast eatery. All which you will pay for.

Overall, the Crowne Plaza is impressive and my wife and I have enjoyed our stay. It's definitely on our list to stay for our next visit.

All high standards expected of Crowne Plaza were met during our 5 night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessible by highway, airport shuttle and metro (6 stops to downtown). Our room faced north and had great views of Copenhagen. Traffic noise from busy highway was faint and did not disturb sleep (floor 23). Restaurant has somewhat limited choice but there are still veggie, fish, chicken and beef options. Meals are good quality and burgers are of gourmet type.

The hotel and rooms are nice. Hotel being right next to the metro and train is a big plus as well. Front desk staff are hit or miss. Example being the surprise 300kr ($47) a night security deposit charged to your card in advance. Staying 11 nights so that's an extra $500 upfront I didn't know about. Then the restaurant is mediocre. Good service, decent food, but way too expensive.

Stayed with family - 2 adults & 3 children - and we had a lovely family room. Both rooms were spacious, clean & well-stocked. The staff were, without exception, friendly & happy to help with anything we needed. We had club lounge access & the breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice. Evening snacks were just bread & cheese but there was a good choice of hot & cold drinks, soft & alcoholic. If you are going to an event at the new Royal Arena, this would definitely be the place to stay as it is right next door. The hotel is right opposite a bus stop & train station and is just 12 minutes from the airport. There is also a huge shopping mall a couple of minutes walk away where you can use the pool for free as a hotel guest.

Attended Crowne Plaza Copenhagen at a business event (including dinner) - great location, cozy atmosphere and hospitable staff. Professional and relaxed environment and still in close proximity to the capital.

One of my favorite hotels. Always nice receptionists who are really helpful. Great breakfast. Close to a huge shoping mall and to train and underground station. The bar is in a very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff there too.

The hotel is close to the airport and is just two stops away by train. There is a metro station as well there. However there's nothing near the hotel other than a stadium and some outlets. The rooms are nice and very comfortable. Have stayed here a couple of nights and is very convenient for an overnight stay

Expensive, but comfortable. Great piece of Nordic interior design. Gym 10 min away. Evening menu limited to mostly (good) burgers. Great breakfast.
