Hotel was rated 4- star. We had a junior suite on the 19th floor. Couch was a queen pull out bed. It felt more like a 3. Rooms were decorated okay. It was very hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Breakfast downstairs was very good. Fresh food and juiceas I would expect in scandanavia.

Very good, modern, clean - room is not very big but completely adequate; the bathroom spacious. Absolutely excellent breakfast. 10 min walk to the city centre and no more than 30 min walk radius to most Copenhagen attractions.

For such a big hotel, it earned its 4 stars and then some. The room was lovely, big and clean (we had a junior suite, I admit), with great views although even on the 11th floor you can hear the traffic on the main road underneath if you leave the window ajar. The bed was very comfortable, and bathroom fine. Nice touch to have a Nespresso coffee maker in the room and a well stocked minibar.
Best of all was the breakfast buffet: plenty of choices, good quality, even real 100% pure maple syrup for the pancakes. You could have an omelette made at no extra charge, unlike at some other high-end hotels.
The hotel has a great looking bar in the lobby and several restaurants but we were too exhausted from sightseeing, eating and drinking in the city to try them this time.response / report this review -

The hotel is top notch, service very friendly. I do recommend it to business, but not so much for visitors of Copenhagen. It's just located a little too far off the city center and there's no infrastructure around except for the hotel's itself, and a noisy major road.

Beautiful hotel which has a casino next to it. Parking outside the place was fine and so was cycling. Amazing customer service

Great location not quite in the centre, but near enough to hop on a 5C bus or the Metro to get you right to where all the main sites are located. We booked a Business Class room, which meant we were on one of the top floors - 24/26. Not all have a view of the city, so make sure you ask. We had room 2430 - wow what a view. The rooms I felt could have been a bit more modern, no modern power points for iPads etc. The mini bar was well stocked and there were ice machines on various floors. The buffet breakfast was varied, ranging from American style to Continental and Danish. However none of the famous short back Danish bacon was in evidence. There are 3 Restaurants in the hotel - Thai, Japanese and Italian. We didn't try them out. The hotel bar was pretty standard for this level of hotel. If you are British I would recommend taking your own tea bags. Even the breakfast tea was a bit odd. There is no kettle in the room, only a coffee machine which is never simple and straight forward to operate. Good experience using the late checkout option. No extra charge, as per their website. Would stay here again if ever I went back to Copenhagen.

Restaurants within the hotel are excellent. Good variety and options. Great views from high floors. Hotel has a large casino and gym. Great location for Denmark sightseeing.

There is very nice and big lobby, starting from the entrance. Rooms are even better and more modern than in other Radisson's hotels. What I particularly paid attention to is big enough and fully equipped gym with beautiful terrace. Moreover, the front view is breathtaking.

Nice, clean and very friendly. Has casino in the lobby and they provide free condiments such as toothbrush if you forgot it at home. Great conference abilities
