Small room w. functional size. Room for luggage and hangers for a few shirts. Basic bed with one pillow. Shower/bath room is alright but small. Breakfast is very basic. In short it’s a place to sleep not a place to ‘stay’. Hesitate to recommend.

You pay a fortune for a tiny room. It’s far from the nice part of the center.
If you want to leave your bag - even if for 5 minutes - you have to pay a locker! And repay if you forget something, and every time you close the locker again.
If you arrive a bit earlier they try to sell you an upgrade - 100/night, then you can have the room right away - or a fee of 150 to ask housekeeping to hurry up!!!
I would not recommend this place to anyone! It’s better to pay a bit more than to feel like they are trying to rip you off at any cost! This place never again!!!

Penthouse is good scenery with 2 big conor Windows. You can have an excellent view. We catch the sunset it was beautiful. Room is clean and unique. The breakfast need to be upgraded for more choice. Easy accessible to public transport, worth your money. The counter staff Joh is helpful and friendly

Minimalist but comfy. Nice hot showers. Breakfast is a bit "scant" but enough to set you up for the day. Overall a decent hotel for a short break.

Very tiny rooms! The shower is circular with a diameter of about one meter--too small to bend over and wash your legs! The bathroom and shower walls are made of frosted glass offering minimal privacy from others in the room (details are obscured but body shape and color variations is clear). The rooms do not have telephones or clocks, but there is a television. But most astonishing is the tiny footprint of the room. We just finished a cruise in a room with 139 sq ft of room--and the cruise stateroom dwarfs the hotel rooms here!

Let me just start out by saying that we loved the actual Wakeup Copenhagen Carsten Niebuhrs Gade Hotel itself. Now as for the staff working at the Front Desk. They were very disorganized, and not really helpful at all. When asking for things like a charging adapter for US to Denmark one of the Front Desk Attendants said they were all out for the night, but if they got one back we would be the first to get one. Another one told us we had to purchase one. When asking for more soap, we were given a look like it was too much work for them. It just seemed that they were uninterested in our time with them. Again, as for the actual room, it was small, but just what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower were functional and nice. The morning breakfast was really good as well. Would we stay there again - Possibly. But we hope the Front Desk ups there game in the future.

The hotel was very good. It's clean and comfortable. The price is suitable due to the small space of the room. The breakfast is the same everyday so there is no variations. However the overall visit was good and I might visit it again

Good location approximately 5-10 moms walking distance from the train station. Rooms are sufficient for one person and they were clean and fresh. The breakfast was good .

The rooms are very nice and clean. Modern looking. Small, but it has a great aesthetic. It worked really well for us. Plus the he'd was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and always did their best to accommodate us (like we asked for extra pillows, and they literally had none because the hotel was fully booked, so they gave us towels to put under). Decent location, too, if you don't mind a short walk to downtown. Breakfast is a bit lame but serviceable.

Had a vibe of a hostel when you come in, the rooms are small but enough space for the essentials. Location is great, close to the station and easy to walk most places. Would recommend for weekend guests.
