Location is good, right next to Copenhagen airport. Rooms are to the theme of bring a ship cabin. Service and staff were friendly and attentive.

The room may be smaller than a traditional hotel, but you can't beat the location and price. Being down the street from the Fields shopping mall gave nice dining and shopping options on our jet lagged first day. The Metro (public transportation) is so close, we have been taking trips all over Copenhagen and can usually get back to the hotel in under 20 minutes. Breakfast is affordable and pretty good. The staff is very friendly!

This was my first stay in Denmark; we had selected this hotel for budgetary constraints.
1. It was Clean & Tidy
2. The room was OK, but the bed and bathroom were too tiny.
3. In the breakfast area they had just on toaster for such a big hotel (imagine 25 rooms per floor, 12 floors - sharing one Toaster).
4. Location is Good; close to Fields shopping mall that has a wide variety of food choices and Bilka a life saver :) Close to metro stop as well

Location is excellent: within a few minutes walk of Ørestad station with links to the rest of the city and the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and not terribly well-lit, and the shower is also fairly rudimentary. However, being one of the cheapest places to stay in Copenhagen has to count for something. In future I might be tempted to skip the breakfast as it is quite expensive for what you get. In short, does the job and perfect for a couple of nights.

The hotel had 24/7 people working at the reception so you could ask something all night long. The location was good, 10 minutes walk to metro station and from there 5 to 10 minutes by metro. But the rest of the hotel was bad or frustrating. The shower curtain was made in such a way that the you couldn't reach the tap to turn on the water when it was closed. So you had to make the decision between the whole shower and toilet becoming wet or putting a lot of effort into it.
The two beds were bunk beds with mattresses with total different hardness. One was way to hard and the other was comfortable. But the upper bed wasn't really easy to get into because the ladder was quite small.
So a lot of things were frustrating and just awful but it was cheaper than the hotels in the center but still not really cheap. I probably wouldn't come back here.

It's alright. I just was there to sleep so it was Okay. The shower is kind of complicated to use at first. The bed is comfortable but it gets really warm inside of the room. The buffet had a great variety.

Stayed here because of delayed flight, so I have no idea about the price. Rooms are small but clean and well planned. Bathrooms should have been bigger though, everything will wet when taking a shower. Feels very much like a boat cabin, but with better beds.
I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I wouldn't book it by myself.

I stayed in an Economy room and was surprised as to how well the space was used to maximise usable space at a reasonable price. I would not say it is cheap, but rather medium in price.
The bathrooms are fairly small but well designed.
The service was good at the reception although I found it difficult to judge when room service would come, as they were there late afternoon once and in the morning the other time.
I would stay here again.

Interesting design - outside and inside. The facade is beautiful. The rooms are really like ship cabins. I think It is good decision to offer best value. The place is close to two metro lines (M1 and M2) and the train.
I did not like the check in rules. You have to take a ticket and there is a screen which sends you to a desk. So I took a ticket and the system sends me to desk 3. The receptionist was busy and I had to wait. Meanwhile 6 persons which came after me checked in before me.

We were unlucky to have 2 room shorts the first night. The Staffordshire were very sorry and gave us compensation .. freelance breakfast and parking. Nyt inconvinient

Had a lovely stay here at Cabinn Metro. Staff is really helpful and the nearest metro station is a 5 - 10 minute walk. The rooms are nice and for an expensive city, the prices are reasonable if you book in advance.

Wonderful place for short business stay. Excellent location being walking distance to a Mall and Metro. Airport by Train is 15 minutes away. Would love to visit again.

Cabinn Metro - like the other Cabinn hotels - are basically just storage for humans. The comfort level is below zero, the bathroom/toilet is so small that you cannot sit on the toilet without being partly under the sink - and if the shower head decides to drip when you use the sink, make sure to stand close to the toilet so you don't get hit by the water. The beds are small, 80cm wide, and not very comfortable. Even in the Commodore room, where you get 2 beds, they are the same small beds - and they are not connected so forget about using both, they will move during the night and leave you with a gap between them. Even though the room has 3 power outlets, forget about charging your phone AND use it as an alarm clock in the morning, none of the outlets are close to the bed. All in all, Cabinn is low quality, but relatively high priced, storage of humans. Avoid if at all possible.

Very pleasant budget hotel. Rooms are
What you can expect, small and basic but have what you need. The hotel is close to shopping, the airport (8 minutes by train), green areas for walking / running and is 15 minutes from the city center by metro or train. The staff are very friendly. Only complaint is that there is a lot of building going on as the hotel is being expanded, but otherwise it was good.
