Incredible hotel for the price! Across the street from a bus route so getting around is quite easy. I've now stayed here twice and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great location to stay in Copenhagen. Nice rooms, although they were a little warm for my wife and I. We tried framing the A/C as cold as possible but never got more than 1-2 degrees difference. We asked the staff to check the ac unit and they confirmed it was working properly, so we asked to change rooms but non were available to settled for an oscillating fan.

Great room overviewing the street on the fourth floor. However, pungent smell in the room and mould in the bathroom. They couldn't offer a better or similar room and only a downgrade. Had expected a bit more from such a rated hotel.

Very nice rooms and very reasonably priced. Even though it is under renovation, everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice rooms and good prices for the area. I would not recommend for people with disabilities. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite since they had sold out of the room we had reserved. The suite was accessed through a different door on the street and was on the 3rd floor with no lift, no assistance was offered but the people at the front desk are very nice and probably would help if we'd gone back and asked. The tub/shower was lovely but scary to get out of; it was very deep with a sloped bottom and the floor in the bathroom was a couple of inches lower than the tub. The only thing to hold on to was either a glass door or the side of sink and I doubt that anyone with physical impairments could navigate it.
However the location was perfect, the rooms beautiful, staff friendly. We would definitely stay again if in the area.response / report this review -

Currently going under refurbishment, you are likely to find builders painting, drilling or hammering. There was a slight smell near the elevator.
The hallways to get to your room are incredibly narrow.
Internet is free and blazing fast.
