Good clean hotel. We were in the updated rooms on ground floor. V clean bit noisey in the mornings. But on whole all good. Very centrally located.

I think this hotel is way overpriced, but if I get a good deal, I will go there. You will hear your neighbors, depending on where your room is. I strongly recommend ear plugs. The staff is awesome, but the cleaning is not. I had to ask for a new pillow because mine was smelly. There is black mold in the bathroom tub. You have fridge, a hair dryer and soap and shampoo (not great though). It is super well located and if you come (as I suppose) from the airport, you have trains and buses to get there.

Would have been a 4 star but construction work meant hammering before 9am which was not appropriate and lift being out of order both the days we arrived and left again and on the first day whilst lugging the case up 3 flights of stairs there was men fitting the carpet so their was tools everywhere to trip over. Room small but ok and did the job . Location good

Great central location, easy walk from train station and several great restaurants. Friendly efficient staff, fantastic buffet breakfast. Small efficient rooms.

It's a smaller older hotel, but it's clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms are not very large and there is no A/C (windows do open though).

The building itself is charming. It used to be old public baths and the lobby still has plaster carvings on the ceilings from that epoch. (sadly an upcoming renovation will remove all that to modernise it it's a shame as I thought it gave the place a lot of character).

Service at reception is friendly and rooms are clean. We found the rooms too old and small. The bathrooms was clean. The bed was comfortable, so it was okay for a short stay when you only go to the room to sleep. But surely there is a cheaper way in Copenhagen to do that. All in all it served its purpose but it didn't seem like a 4* hotel except for the price.

Good location, very close to Tivoli and Strøget. Nice old building. Lobby unfortunately smells of cigarettes. Was originally given a room with two separate single beds, after calling reception and asking if we could get a double as booked (and because we were on our honeymoon) the staff upgraded us into a room with a double bed and kitchenette. They also gave us a free breakfast voucher. A pleasant stay.

Ok room with enough for one overnight. The location is excellent and close to a supermarket that is open 24 hours. Downside is that the room did have a weird smell and it didn't have boiling water and the breakfast was just average, nothing to brag about. At least the gym felt fresh. I stayed at a standard twin room.

So far on this trip, our apartment stay has been very nice. The place is really central to the main town centre, where the modern shops and restaurants are, its between 30 minutes to an hour walk if you want to reach the outer, younger evening attractions but it's worth it. The apartment is really cosy, nice to retreat into after a long day and there's all the facilities you will need, including free tea and coffee in the lobby. The furniture is retro and there's loads of space, the bathroom is clean and the kitchen is functional. You can reach a 7-11 or several Netto shops on foot within minutes, to stock up on affordable essentials for the fridge, if you're trying to stay on budget in this expensive city. No complaints here, would recommend.

First I will give them credit for their excellent location in central Copenhagen and wonderful staff. Their breakfast was just average, although their make your own OJ machine was nice and the breakfast area was quite beautiful. Their rooms were a little sad, but clean, but also the smallest I have had In my 20 years going to Europe. And the walls were absolutely paper thin. Especially when youhave a group of 4/5 young next to you. Actually they were 2 rooms down from me and I could still clearly hear their loud voices.

The location and price of the hotel are the best bits of staying there. The apartment is big and comfortable. However they don't have proper double bed. Beds usually are joint and not much comfy. I also asked for a douvet for a couple and the hotel doesn't have this extra items.

This review is for the adjoining Ascot Apartments, owned by the hotel. Excellent location near the city centre and convenient to the central train station and public transport. The rooms are nothing special, and a little tired, but for the price they're quite good. Reception weren't quite sure whether they offered room service (it turned out to be via a 3rd-party sushi place) it was going to take 90+ minutes to deliver on a quiet Tues night. The bistro next door (Avenue) did a fantastic takeaway pizza instead. Overall, a convenient and centrally located place for a family stay.
