  Staff great. Room was large and had a view (A lucky upgrade). Restaurant food very good although dinner oversalted. Especially good breakfast. Some minor maintenance problems with the room.
  Yes a bit dated but in a way adds to the charm. Management just need to ensure they stay on top of things to retain the classical elegance the hotel currently has.

  Lovely room, amazing breakfast, courteous staff. Only reason not 5 stars given due to room cleanliness. Overall very good.

  Our room was delayed a bit because they were short-staffed for cleaning the rooms, but we just left our luggage in their storage room and went out to see the city. Nice room, bed was comfortable. If you're a light sleeper, stay somewhere else because the train station is literally next door and there is the constant sound of trains running up and down the tracks.

  Good location and very convenient to go anywhere near train station. Tivoli park at the front. We will stay here for the future if we come back Copenhagen.

  Nice but getting kinda old. Room windows are out to the train tracks and station so it's a little noisy.

  Wall-to-wall carpets, dusty. Room cosy with nice view. Quality breakfast, fancy elevators. Still was ecpecting a bitter less worn-out feeling.

  Enjoyed a family stay here. Central location. Can imagine it in days gone by as being very grand. Nice view of Tivoli Gardens from room.

  Tasty carpaccio. Well done spareribs. Good ripasso. We enjoyed a nice meal.
  We had a drink before eating at Library Bar next door, amazing cozy old atmosphere.
