Comfortable, clean and functional, with friendly staff, this hotel is close to the main train station and only a few more walking minutes to Tivoli Gardens. A little further on are the main shopping streets, which lead to the picturesque old harbour area of Nyhavn.

Deserves 5 stars because of the location, nothing wrong with this hotel, could do with the rooms modernised a bit though. The bar is tiny - if you want a better hotel then pay more and stay elsewhere.

Good quality tourist hotel. Basic room, clean and nicely presented. Good continental breakfast selection, with friendly, helpful staff. Free WiFi needs some speed increases to be usable.

Very good placed. Next to the center and right behind the train station. The rooms are very little fournitured. Even not glasses to put your toothbrush in the bathroom. Bathroom is very small. They did not clean our room on the second day. We could not put the heating on.

The greatest rip-off ever. I don't have a problem with a very basic hotel. I do have a problem paying 300 euros for a miserable experience.

Absolutely horrendous! The bathroom was too small and when you take a shower the shower curtain doesn't stop the water from being splashed everywhere because it was too short. Every time anyone would take a shower there would be a giant puddle on the floor. The handle for the shower was also broken which made it difficult to use. It was also hard to sleep because it was so noisy outside. The worst thing that happened was on the last day when I woke up and I found a worm in my bed! DO NOT COME HERE!

Everything was perfect. Location is very good. Better than the real centre. Because close to the train station and the other areas. Breakfast was very delicious and rich, when you think of the money you pay for it. The staff was very helpful and warm. The room was clean and the space was more than enough.

The location is good, and its customer service is great. However, the bathroom is way too small (the shower didn't even have a wall!!), the beds are extremely uncomfortable and rooms are very tight. They say it is kid friendly however the surrounding of the hotel is not so be careful!!!

It's not cheap the room is big, but everything is well used, it'll do for a nights accommodation, but I'm sure there's better about!

Nice staff, reasonable quality room. Bit booked twin bed room and received a double. Staff said that they could not change it, even after being shown the booking.

There were renovation works at the hotel, they even didn't cover the floor carpets, so the dust was everywhere. It was very loud and the heating didn't work in the room, even after I asked to repair it. The house was full, so the couldn't give me another room and I slept in clothes every night, regretting I've chosen this hotel. Definitely NOT recommended.

I am from Sydney. 4 stars for overnight stay as its in prime location and so close to central station. We stayed there for 4 nights. I went describe it to be clean. Bathroom was too small. Bed too soft. Staff was excellent. Great value.

The location is main advantage of this hotel. Only 100 m from entrance to Central station! Real three star. Price is average. Personnel and services is OK. Breakfast is good.
