My family of 3 stayed here during a long layover in Berlin and had a wonderful time. Our "family room" as they called it was large and modern with everything we needed. The hotel is located very close to a metro stop, and also walkable to many sites, such as the Brandenburg Gate. Even so, the area around the hotel is fairly quiet (although we were there in a Sunday), which made for a solid night of rest before an early flight. After an afternoon of sight-seeing, we came back to the hotel in the evening and enjoyed drinks outside. It was a bit cool, so the staff brought out blankets for everyone, which was a lovely surprise. Everyone we encountered working there was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Big clean room. Close to tram but not many 'sights' nearby. Beyond the great art in the square rather clinical and no kettle in room. Very friendly staff.

Excellent location, near a U-bahn station three stops from the city centre. Good size room, comfortable bed, great shower and all for a good price. Hotel breakfast is expensive, but mostly irrelevant since very nice and far cheaper options are within easy walking distance.

Stayed here for 4 nights. It's a well located hotel (right next to an underground station). The room was clean and reasonably priced, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom.
On the downside, the safe in the room broke one night and, despite being promised it would be fixed the next day, it was still broken when we checked out 3 days later. We also found the air conditioning didn't work very well and left the room quite warm, hence why 4 stars.response / report this review -
